No. Binance.US and Binance international (Binance.com) are two completely separate companies. Their account systems, asset custody, and KYC verification are not connected at all. An account you register on the international site cannot log in to Binance.US, and vice versa.

What is the relationship between them?
Binance.US was founded in 2019 and is operated by BAM Trading Services Inc., an independent entity registered in the United States. Its purpose is to serve US users while complying with US regulations. It received brand licensing and technical support from Binance, but its operating entity, servers, compliance framework, and asset custody are all independent.
A simple way to tell which platform to use: look at your tax residency and KYC documents. If you are a US resident with a US SSN/ITIN, US address, and US bank account, the compliant entry point is Binance.US. If you are in other regions (including mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.), the entry point is Binance.com.
Why accounts and assets cannot be shared
Account systems are completely isolated. The email, password, 2FA, and KYC records registered on Binance.com do not exist in the Binance.US system. The reverse is also true. If you meet the usage requirements for both platforms at the same time (for example, you have both US and non-US identities), you need to register two separate accounts and complete KYC verification for each one.
Assets cannot be transferred directly. Because they are two independent companies, the wallet addresses on both sides are different, and there is no "internal transfer" feature. If you want to move assets from the international site to Binance.US (or the other way around), you can only use on-chain withdrawals: initiate a withdrawal on the international site, enter the corresponding deposit address on Binance.US as the recipient, pay the network fee, wait for on-chain confirmation, and then the assets will be credited to Binance.US. The process is no different from transferring to any external exchange.
KYC data is not shared. The ID documents and facial recognition records you submitted on Binance.com are not visible to Binance.US. Binance.US requires you to resubmit US-compliant documents, such as a US driver's license, passport, or SSN.
A situation that is easy to misjudge
If you try to access Binance.com while in the United States, the website will usually force redirect you to a Binance.US notice page, and you cannot use the international site's features. App behavior may vary depending on network conditions. If you plan to travel to the US, it is recommended to handle any operations on the international site before departure.
On the other hand, if you are not a US resident, the registration threshold for Binance.US is basically impossible for you — it requires a US tax ID (SSN/ITIN), a US address, and a US bank account.
Services and coins differ
The coins and trading pairs supported by Binance.US are a subset of what Binance.com offers, not the full list. Some tokens and networks available on the international site are not supported on Binance.US. If you withdraw from the international site to Binance.US, you must confirm in advance that the target coin and network are on Binance.US's supported list. Otherwise, you may lose your assets.
Binance.US also has a more streamlined feature set: it supports spot trading, Convert swaps, staking (20+ tokens), OTC trading (up to $10,000), and API trading, but its product line is far smaller than the international site.
If you are considering migrating
If you move from a non-US region to the United States and become a US tax resident, your Binance.com account will usually be restricted. You will need to withdraw your assets, close the account, and then re-register on Binance.US. The migration process is exactly the on-chain withdrawal flow described above. Every step involves network fees and time costs. There is no "one-click move" channel.
