The first misconception to correct when applying for a Binance listing is: do not look for "middlemen" or "agents." Binance has repeatedly emphasized in official announcements that it only accepts applications submitted directly by project founders or core members through official forms. It does not accept applications submitted by any third party. Any third party claiming they can "help you get listed" is most likely a scam.

First, determine which path your project fits
Binance's current listing process is not a single entry point. It is a staged channel: Alpha → Futures → Spot. The stage your project is at determines which form you should fill out.
According to Binance's official announcements:
Early-stage projects that have not yet issued a token or are about to prepare for TGE: go through Alpha. This is a screening pool before spot listing, suitable for early projects to build community momentum. Supported chains include BNB Chain, Solana, Base, Ethereum, Sui, and Sonic.
Projects whose tokens are already circulating in the market: can apply for Alpha Direct Featured, or directly apply for futures or spot, provided that fundamentals, secondary market performance, and compliance all pass review.
Projects with mature products, clear revenue, and a solid user base: can directly apply for spot listing. However, the official announcement also notes that only in very rare cases will projects that meet the standards skip the Alpha and futures stages and go directly to spot.
A practical rule of thumb: if your project cannot even get listed on Alpha, the chance of directly going for spot is extremely low. Going through Alpha first and then proving yourself with secondary market data is a more realistic path.
Prepare these types of documents in advance
Binance's official announcement lists evaluation dimensions: product quality, real use cases, token utility, user metrics, business and revenue model, growth potential, tokenomics, team background, technical risk assessment, compliance review, and user protection. You do not need to write a report for every dimension, but the application form will require you to provide corresponding evidence.
According to third-party summaries of the Binance Alpha application process, common materials to prepare include:
Basic project documents. Whitepaper PDF and online link, official website, and a one-sentence description of what the project does. The whitepaper does not need to read like an academic paper, but it should allow reviewers to understand your product logic within a few minutes.
Team information and KYC. Background of core members and public social media accounts. The applicant needs to complete KYC, which may require identity documents and video verification. This is a hard requirement with no workaround.
Tokenomics. This is a key focus of Binance's review. You need to provide: total token supply, allocation plan, unlock schedule, top ten holding addresses and their percentages. Binance pays special attention to token concentration and unlock pace — whether there is excessive concentration among the team or early investors, and whether there is a risk of sudden large unlocks.
Security audit reports. If the contract is already live, a third-party audit report will significantly improve credibility. Binance evaluates code quality, historical security incidents, and centralization risks.
User and community data. Real user numbers, activity, TVL, trading volume, and community size. Do not fabricate data. Binance can verify on-chain data, and false reporting will lead directly to rejection.
Compliance documents. Company or foundation registration certificate, legal opinion explaining the non-security nature of the token, and sanctions and AML compliance statements.
Application channels: only use official forms
Binance provides three official application entry points:
Spot listing application: submit through the Binance general listing application form
Futures listing application: submit through the Binance Futures listing application form
Alpha application: submit through the Binance Alpha application form
These forms are usually located on the "Listing Application" page at the bottom of the Binance official website, or accessible directly through links provided in announcements. Do not submit applications through "internal channels" on Telegram, WeChat, or email. Binance's announcement explicitly warns about scams impersonating third parties.
One detail to note: Binance currently states that it does not charge listing fees. If you encounter someone asking for a "listing fee" to "guarantee approval," this is a scam signal.
After submission, there is no clear timeline commitment for the review process
Binance's announcement does not provide a fixed review period. Third-party information mentions that the review may be staged, but this is not an official commitment. Your application may receive initial feedback within a few weeks, or it may go without news for a long time.
There is one verifiable feature of official communication: emails from the Binance.US Listing team will include the six-digit PIN code you submitted in the application form. If you receive an email without this PIN, you should be highly vigilant.
Getting listed is not the end
Binance continuously monitors listed projects. The official announcement lists conditions that may trigger delisting: team stops maintaining the project, insufficient development updates, poor community communication, persistently low trading volume, severe price volatility or suspected manipulation, major changes to tokenomics that harm holders, and compliance issues.
Getting listed means entering a pool that is continuously evaluated, not receiving a permanent pass.
