Where Are the Tokens After Claiming Binance Alpha Box?
After a successful claim, tokens are sent directly to your Binance Wallet (non-custodial wallet) or your Binance centralized exchange account. In the app, you can check them via [Assets] – [Alpha]. Here are the detailed steps to find them:

Step 1: Check the "Alpha" account first
Objective: Open the Binance App, go to the Assets page, and find the "Alpha" option.
- Tap [Assets] on the bottom navigation bar of the app.
- In the top or category list, find and tap [Alpha].
- This is the dedicated account for Alpha tokens. After a successful claim, your tokens will appear here.
Completion sign: You've entered the [Alpha] account page and can see the token list.
Step 2: If not found, verify whether the claim was successful
Objective: Check the completion status of the claim operation.
- After an Alpha Box claim succeeds, the system will show "Claim Successful." However, if the network lagged or the operation was interrupted, the claim might not be complete.
- Go to [Alpha Events] – [Airdrop] history to check the order status and confirm it shows "Completed."
- If the status is "Failed" or no record is shown, the claim did not succeed, and points are usually returned.

Step 3: Check if tokens are in the "Binance Wallet" – look in both possible locations
Objective: If the tokens are not in the Alpha account, look in the "Binance Wallet (non-custodial wallet)."
- Tokens are credited to either the Binance Wallet (non-custodial wallet) or the Binance centralized exchange account, depending on the distribution method.
- If you have a Binance Web3 wallet, check the asset list on the wallet homepage to see if the newly claimed tokens appear.
- If the tokens are in the "Binance Wallet," you may need to manually add the token's contract address for the balance to display.

Step 4: If you still can't find them, verify the project's distribution time
Objective: Confirm whether the distribution time has arrived.
- Each Alpha Box project has a different distribution schedule. Tokens may appear immediately after claiming, or after a waiting period.
- On the Alpha Events page, check the event details for that batch to see the "Distribution Time" description.
- If the distribution time hasn't arrived, wait patiently; tokens will show in the wallet once distributed.

Common reasons for failure
- Checking only the spot account: Alpha tokens are not in the spot account; you must go to [Assets] – [Alpha] to see them.
- Not confirming the claim within 24 hours: The official rule requires users to confirm the claim on the Alpha Events page within 24 hours, otherwise it is considered forfeited.
- Assuming tokens go directly to the spot account: This is the most common misunderstanding. Alpha tokens and the spot account are isolated and must not be confused.

Risk reminders
- Fund risk: Alpha tokens can only be withdrawn from the Alpha account to the Binance Wallet (non-custodial wallet) or an external wallet. You cannot withdraw them directly to the Binance spot account, or your funds will be lost.
- Account risk: Before Alpha tokens are listed on Binance Spot, they cannot be withdrawn to an external wallet and can only be kept in the Alpha account.
Signs that you have found the tokens correctly: Open the Binance App, go to [Assets] – [Alpha]; the page shows the claimed token balance and corresponding quantity. If the Alpha account is empty, check the "Binance Wallet (non-custodial wallet)". If you plan to keep holding, note that Alpha tokens carry higher risk and can be highly volatile; if you plan to sell, you can only trade within the Alpha account or withdraw to an external wallet that supports the token.
