The entry barrier for Binance Learn & Earn is not high, but the eligibility rules are more specific than many people think: you need a Binance account that has completed identity verification, and your account region must support this activity. After passing the course quiz, rewards are issued as token vouchers, not as tokens deposited directly into your account. You need to go to the Rewards Hub to manually claim them, and the token voucher is valid for 14 days. If it expires, it becomes invalid.

Eligibility: Dual Restrictions of Identity Verification and Region

Identity verification is a hard prerequisite. Binance's official help documentation clearly states: you must complete identity verification for your Binance account to be eligible for rewards. Accounts that have not passed verification will receive nothing, even if they complete the course and get a perfect quiz score.

Region restriction is another easily overlooked obstacle. This activity is open to "specific Binance users," and users in different countries or regions may have access to different activities. According to information compiled by third parties, users in the United States, Canada, and dozens of restricted regions cannot participate in most Learn & Earn activities. Even if your region supports the activity, the reward amount for each country/region has a cap, and the reward pool is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Popular activities may be claimed within a few hours.

In addition, accounts that violate Binance's terms of use, bulk-registered accounts, and sub-accounts are not eligible to participate or receive rewards.

The participation process is clearly explained in Binance's official documentation:

Log in to your Binance account and go to the Binance Academy Learn & Earn landing page. The page will list currently available courses and the cryptocurrency amount you can receive after completing the course.
Choose a course and click to start learning. Read the articles or watch the videos in order, then complete the quiz. You must answer all questions correctly to pass the quiz. If you answer incorrectly, you need to answer again.
After passing the quiz, rewards will be distributed within 48 hours. You can check the distribution status in your reward history.
After the reward arrives, go to Account → Rewards Hub to claim it. What you receive is a token voucher that needs to be claimed manually. The token voucher is valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. If it expires, it becomes invalid.

The Way Reward Amounts Are Calculated Is Easily Misunderstood

The "3 USD" or similar amount you see on the course page is not calculated based on the market price at the time you claim it. Binance's official documentation explains it this way: the reward amount is based on the market price at the time the activity starts, which determines a fixed token quantity. After that, regardless of whether the token price rises or falls, the number of tokens you can claim is converted based on the price at the start of the activity.

For example: at the start of the activity, a token is priced at 100 dollars, and a cash voucher worth 3 dollars corresponds to 0.03 tokens. If the token has dropped to 50 dollars when you participate, you will still claim 0.03 tokens, not 0.06 tokens. Conversely, if the price has risen, you will not get more either. So the actual dollar value of the reward is already fixed at the moment you receive the token voucher. Subsequent price changes are your own responsibility.

Common Issue: Passed the Quiz but Received No Reward

This situation is usually not a system malfunction. The most likely reason is that the reward pool for your region has already been exhausted. Rewards are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the quota for a specific country/region is used up, subsequent users will not receive rewards even if they pass the quiz, and Binance will not provide compensation.

Another possible reason is that you do not meet the specific eligibility requirements of that activity. Some activities are only open to new users, and some are only open to users who have never used a certain product. The specific conditions are written on the activity page. Before participating, you need to open the activity description and confirm whether you are within the target user range.
