Step 1: Find the Reward Center entrance
The path is different on the two platforms:
Mobile app: After logging in, tap the profile icon in the top left, then choose [Reward Center].
Website: Open the profile dropdown in the top right, then click [Reward Center].
Done when: You can open the Reward Center page and see the task list and reward status.
Step 2: Check task progress and track registration rewards
After entering, the page has two main areas. For new users, these are the most important:
[Earn Rewards] section: Shows all tasks and activities you can join. Each task card shows current progress, reward details, and activity period. You can see what you have done and what is still missing.
[Enjoy Rewards] section: Check vouchers and rewards you have received. Go to [My Vouchers] to confirm them. Vouchers have an expiration date, so remember to redeem them. Once they expire, they are gone.
Note: If a task has no [Start Task] button next to it, it means you do not meet the conditions yet. It is not an app problem.
Step 3: Check which registration tasks you have completed
Registration-related tasks usually include these items. Check them one by one in [Earn Rewards]:
Identity verification (KYC): Pass Lv.1/Lv.2 verification
First deposit: Make a deposit using the amount and method required by the activity rules
First trade: Complete a trade on the specified product
Each task card shows whether it is completed. The system updates progress automatically. You do not need to click anything manually.

How to verify after finishing tasks
After completing a task, go to [My Vouchers] or [Enjoy Rewards] to check whether the voucher has arrived. If the status is "Pending claim", remember to redeem before it expires. Expired vouchers cannot be recovered.
