Why Expired Tasks Cannot Be Claimed
The new user reward system works on a 'first come, first served' and limited supply basis. A few key rules decide why expired tasks are basically impossible to recover:
Time limit: You must complete all tasks and claim rewards within 14 days after registration. After 14 days, the tasks become invalid automatically.
First come, first served rewards: The total reward pool is limited. Once it is fully claimed, you cannot get the reward even if you finish the tasks.
The reward voucher also has an expiry: After tasks are completed, rewards are issued as 'token vouchers'. These vouchers usually have a 7-21 day redemption window. If you get a voucher but do not redeem it in time, it will not be reissued after expiry.
If Not Expired Yet: How to Check Conditions
If you are still within the 14-day window, follow these three steps to check your task progress:
Step 1: Find the task entrance
Log in to the Binance app or website.
Go to the Reward Center or New User Zone. You can see the current task list and completion progress.
Step 2: Check the three core tasks New user tasks usually include these three:

Go to the Reward Center page and check your new user task voucher. If it shows 'Expired' or 'Invalid', the reward is completely gone. If it still shows 'Pending claim', tap redeem immediately and do not delay.
