Choose a trading pair you know, such as BTC/USDT. Place a buy or sell order. Total trading volume of 30 USDT is enough. Done: After the trade is filled, the task page shows the "trading task" status as "Completed," and you get matching activity chances. Larger trading volume, such as 150 USDT or 500 USDT, gives more chances.
Common Reasons for Failure
KYC not passed: New user tasks open only after identity verification is completed. If the task page looks gray or says "Please verify first," your KYC is not done yet.
Trading amount calculated wrongly: Stablecoin trading pairs such as USDC/USDT may not count toward the task trading amount. Check whether the task description mentions "excluded trading pairs."
Next Steps
After completing the tasks, go back to the task center and tap "Claim" or "Use" for your rewards. Rewards are vouchers or tokens and will be sent to your spot account. Check your account within 72 hours. If they have not arrived after that time, contact customer support for help.
