Campaign eligibility is not automatic just because you've logged in. Checking it involves two steps: first, view your Boost data inside the OKX Wallet to see if you qualify for on-chain activities; second, check your KYC status and region in your profile to make sure your account meets the campaign's compliance rules.
Step 1: Check wallet campaign eligibility – View Boost data
OKX Wallet Boost campaigns (like X Launch, Giveaways, and trading competitions) have their own eligibility logic. It does not look at your total balance but at your trading activity and holdings over the past 10 days.
What to do: Find the Boost section in the OKX Wallet app or web version and check if your numbers meet the requirements.
How to do it:
App: On the Web3 Wallet home screen, tap Boost at the bottom. Web: Go to the OKX Wallet page and click Boost.
Inside the Boost page, check two key metrics: Boost Trading Volume (your average trading volume over the past 10 days on Solana and EVM networks via OKX DEX) and Boost Balance (the average daily balance of Category 1/2 tokens held in your OKX Wallet over the past 10 days).
Open a specific campaign page (e.g., X Launch). It will show the minimum Boost Trading Volume/Balance needed to join. If you don't qualify, you'll see a clear notice and how much more you need.
Done when: You can see your Boost numbers and confirm if you meet the current campaign's threshold.
Step 2: Check account-level eligibility – KYC status and region restrictions
Even if your Boost data meets the requirements, you still won't qualify if your account has not completed identity verification or is in a restricted region.
What to do: Go to your profile and security settings in the OKX app or web version and confirm your KYC level and region.
How to do it:
Check KYC status: App: tap your profile icon at the top left → Profile → Identity Verification. Web: click your avatar → Identity Verification. The page shows your current verification level (e.g., "Advanced Verification") and deposit/withdrawal limits. If it shows "Unverified" or "Pending", complete your KYC before joining any campaign.
Check region restrictions: Open the campaign's "Terms and Conditions". It clearly lists which countries and regions are not eligible. The service provider you deal with depends on where you live. If you see a "Service not available" message when logging in, OKX does not offer services in your location.
Done when: Your KYC status is "Verified" and your country of residence is not on the restricted list.
Common reasons for not qualifying
You may have enough trading volume but still see "Not eligible" on the Boost page. This is because Boost Trading Volume is calculated as the average volume over the measurement period. One-day spikes will not meet the requirement. Another common issue is switching your wallet to an unsupported chain – currently X Launch only supports EVM and Solana networks. Using a single-chain wallet on another network makes you ineligible.
Where to view rewards
Once rewards are distributed, check them in the Rewards Center. There are two ways to get there: the Rewards Center button at the top right of the Boost page, or the same button at the top right of each campaign type page. For referral rewards, tap the Gift icon on the app home screen to go to the invitation page and check there.
How to confirm you're done
Open the Boost page. If you see the campaign listed under "Joined" or find unclaimed rewards in "My Vouchers", you were indeed eligible and participated. If the page keeps saying "Conditions not met" even though your numbers seem right, take screenshots of your Boost data and the campaign's requirement notice, then contact OKX support.
What to do next
After confirming eligibility, complete the tasks during the campaign period. Remember that rewards are not automatically sent to your wallet when the campaign ends – you must manually claim or redeem them in the Rewards Center. Vouchers have an expiry date and will become invalid after that. If your KYC is incomplete, spend a few minutes finishing it (review usually takes less than 24 hours), then check again if your Boost eligibility has updated.
