Binance deposit records are found via different paths on the web and app. On the web, enter from "Wallet"; on the app, enter from "Funds". TxID and the network used can both be found on the record details page — these are key for checking on-chain status and verifying the deposit path.
Prerequisites
You are logged into your Binance account.
You have a deposit transaction for which you want to check history.
You know the approximate time range of the transaction to quickly locate it in the list.
Web Query Path
On the web, the path is clear and suitable for desktop use. Log in to the official Binance website, click "Wallet" → "Overview" in the top right to enter the wallet page. On the wallet page, find "Transaction History" or "Wallet History" and click to enter. On the transaction history page, use the "Deposit" filter to quickly locate all deposit records.
Completion standard: The page displays a list of deposit records, including coin, amount, status, and time.
App Query Path
The app steps are more concise, recommended for daily use. Open the Binance App, tap "Funds" at the bottom → "Wallet History", then tap "Spot" to enter the transaction history page. At the top of the transaction history page, tap the "Deposit" tab to filter all deposit records. Open a specific record to enter the details page.
Completion standard: The app shows full details for that deposit, including TxID and network.
How to View TxID and Network
On the deposit record details page, find the following:
TxID (transaction hash): An alphanumeric string that uniquely identifies each on-chain transaction. Click it to jump to the block explorer and view the full on-chain status.
Network: Shows the network you chose for the deposit (e.g., ERC20, BEP20, TRC20). The network and address must match one-to-one; choosing the wrong one may cause the funds to not be credited automatically.
Common Reasons for Missing Deposit
Many people only glance at the "Completed" status in the list and close it, without clicking into the details page to check the network. If a deposit hasn't arrived, first click into the details to see if the network matches the one used when withdrawing — network mismatch is one of the most common reasons for deposits not arriving. The Binance official help center clearly states that choosing the wrong network is like sending money to the wrong track, often preventing automatic arrival in the target account.
Risk Reminder
TxID is public on-chain data; anyone can use it to look up transaction details on a block explorer. But never send your TxID to anyone claiming they can "speed up your deposit". TxID can only be used to check progress, not improve it. Official customer support only needs TxID to handle deposit issues and will never ask for your password or verification code.
Operation Completion Verification
Open the Binance App "Funds" → "Wallet History", switch to the "Deposit" tab, find the corresponding transaction and click to enter the details page, confirming:
Whether the transaction status is "Completed" or "Credited".
Whether the "Network" displayed on the details page matches the network you selected when withdrawing.
Whether the TxID is complete and can be copied, and whether clicking it leads to a block explorer.
