The blockchain shows confirmed, but the funds haven't arrived in your Binance account. Usually, this doesn't mean the platform lost your crypto; it's stuck at some verification stage. Follow these four steps to check, and you'll likely find the cause.

Prerequisites
The deposit shows as "Success" or "Confirmed" on a blockchain explorer.
You have the transaction hash (TxID).
You can log into your Binance account and check the deposit history in the wallet page.
Step 1: Confirm Whether Binance's Required Deposit Confirmations Are Met
"Confirmed" on the blockchain doesn't always mean "fully confirmed." Binance sets required confirmation counts for each token and network, e.g., BTC may need 2 block confirmations, FIL needs 910 node confirmations.
How to Do It
Check the current number of confirmations for this transaction on the block explorer.
Open the Binance deposit page for the token and check the "Required confirmations for deposit."
If the current confirmations haven't reached the required number, wait patiently. Once met, funds will be credited automatically.
Completion standard: Current transaction confirmations ≥ Binance's required minimum confirmations.
Step 2: Verify the Deposit Network Matches the Withdrawal Platform
"Wrong network" is the most common reason for a deposit not being credited. For example, you selected BSC (BEP20) when withdrawing, but chose ERC20 on the Binance Deposit page — the two chains are not interoperable.
How to Do It
Check which network you selected when withdrawing from the sending platform.
Check which network you selected when depositing on Binance Deposit.
If they don't match, the funds have gone to the wrong chain and will not be credited automatically. Binance's official notice clearly states: selecting the wrong network may result in fund loss and may not be recoverable.
Completion standard: The withdrawal network and deposit network are exactly the same.
Step 3: Check if Tag/Memo is Required
Deposits for some tokens (like BNB (BEP2), EOS, XRP) require a Tag or Memo in addition to the address to identify ownership. If forgotten or filled incorrectly, the assets will be stuck in Binance's main wallet and cannot be distributed to your account.
How to Do It
In the withdrawal history of the sending platform, check whether you filled in a Tag/Memo and whether it matches what is shown on the Binance Deposit page.
If you indeed missed or entered it incorrectly, Binance provides a self-service recovery channel.
Completion standard: Tag/Memo has been correctly filled in, or you have submitted an application via the self-service recovery channel.
Step 4: Use Binance Self-Service Recovery
If the above three steps are all normal but the deposit still hasn't arrived after an hour, go through Binance's official recovery process.
How to Do It
Log into Binance, go to the "Self-Service Recovery Application" entry in the Help Center.
Paste the transaction TxID; the system will automatically identify it.
Add the token, network, amount, and other required information as prompted.
After submitting, monitor the "Application Record." If needed, you may be asked to provide additional proof, such as a transaction video.
Completion standard: The self-service recovery application has been successfully submitted, and its status can be tracked.
Risk Reminder
Self-service recovery requires a processing fee; the amount depends on the case. Also, do not contact any third party claiming to "pay to jump the queue." Binance's official recovery channel is the only legitimate entrance. Official support will never proactively ask for your password or verification code.

Verification After Completing the Steps
Open the Binance App and check the transaction status in [Assets] → [Deposit History] or [Wallet History]. If the status shows "Completed" or "Credited," the issue is resolved. If still "Processing," wait for confirmations to meet the requirement. Verification channel: Binance App assets page and deposit record details.
