Prerequisites

  • Already logged into your Binance account.
  • Completed submission of verification documents (ID and facial recognition).
  • Have the latest Binance App installed on your phone, or can access the web version.

How to Check in App (Recommended, Fastest Updates)

Open the Binance App, tap the user center icon (your avatar) in the top-left corner. Find the "Identity Verification" entry in the user center. Enter that page to see your current verification status and progress.

Completion standard: You can clearly see "Under Review," "Verified," or "Resubmission Required" on the Identity Verification page.

How to Check on Website (Alternative Access)

Log in to Binance at www.binance.com, hover or click the user center icon in the top-right corner. Click "Identity Verification" or "Verification" in the dropdown menu. You'll see your verification status on the page.

Completion standard: The status shown on the website's Identity Verification page syncs with the app.

How to Check Resubmission Notices

If your verification is rejected, the system will ask for additional materials. Notification channels:

  • App Message Center: Open the Binance App, tap the "Message Center" icon (top or bottom), and check system notifications.
  • Registered Email: Check the inbox and spam folder of the email you used to register. Binance will send official email notifications.

According to official guidelines, use photos of original documents, not copies or scans, to avoid rejection due to unclear images. The resubmission process typically involves re-uploading ID photos or confirming information.

Risk reminder: During verification review and after resubmitting, keep an eye on app messages and email. Do not trust any third party claiming "paid expedited review." Your verification progress is fully trackable in the app, and Binance will never ask for your password or verification code via private message.

Verification Check After Submitting

After submitting verification or additional documents, open the Binance App, go to "User Center" → "Identity Verification." If the status shows "Under Review," you're in the queue, which usually takes 1–3 business days. If it says "Resubmission Required," follow the instructions to re-upload clear materials. Verification channels: Binance App Identity Verification page and registered email.
