OKX Deposit Not Credited? How to Check On-Chain
If your deposit hasn't arrived, don't keep refreshing the OKX app. The most direct method is to copy the transaction hash (TxID) and check the on-chain status on the corresponding blockchain explorer. If the transaction is confirmed on-chain but not showing in the platform, it could be a sync delay. If it's still queuing on-chain, just wait. Follow the three steps: Check → Diagnose → Resolve.

Step 1: Find the Transaction Hash (TxID) of This Deposit
TxID is the unique identifier for tracking this transfer. Find the hash of this transaction from your sending platform (external wallet or exchange), or copy it directly from the OKX app.
App operations:
Open the OKX app and go to the [Assets] page
Tap the history icon in the top right corner and select the [Deposit] type
Find the pending deposit and tap to enter the detail page
Copy the transaction hash (TxID)
When completed: You have the TxID string in hand.
Step 2: Check On-Chain Status on a Blockchain Explorer
After obtaining the TxID, paste it into the corresponding blockchain explorer. This is the core step to identify where the problem lies.
| Network | Explorer |
|---|---|
| TRC20 (Tron) | Tronscan |
| ERC20 (Ethereum) | Etherscan |
| BEP20 (BSC) | BSCScan |
| BTC | blockchain.com |
| SOL (Solana) | Solana Explorer |
Paste the TxID and check the transaction status.
What the three statuses mean:
Status: On-chain shows "Confirmed/Success" – The transfer is complete and the funds have reached OKX's address. If the OKX account balance isn't updated, it's a block sync delay on the platform. Wait a while or contact customer support with the TxID for follow-up.
Status: On-chain shows "Pending" – The transaction is still queuing, possibly due to network congestion or low gas fees. Keep waiting; no need to contact OKX.
Status: On-chain shows "Failed" – The transfer did not succeed; the funds remain in your sending wallet. Contact the sending platform for resolution, not OKX.
When completed: You can confirm the exact on-chain status of this TxID via the explorer, not based on assumptions.
Step 3: Resolve According to On-Chain Status
Case A – On-chain confirmed but not credited on OKX
Copy the TxID and contact online customer support via the OKX app [Help Center], providing the TxID, deposit address and coin information.
If it's a block sync delay, the deposit usually auto-credits within a few hours.
Case B – On-chain pending
Continue waiting; confirmation speed depends on network congestion.
You can check the OKX Status page (official website – More – Status) to see if the deposit channel for that coin is running normally.
Case C – Deposit network suspended
If OKX has temporarily suspended the deposit channel for that coin's network, on-chain confirmed assets will not be lost. They will be processed normally once the network resumes.
Common Reasons for Failure
Wrong network selected: The network chosen on the deposit page does not match the sending side. Assets will not be credited; this is the hardest error to reverse.
Missing Memo/Tag: Coins like XRP, EOS, XLM require a Memo/Tag. Missing or incorrect entry will prevent the platform from identifying the deposit ownership.
Amount below the minimum limit: The platform has a minimum deposit requirement for each coin. Deposits below the limit will not be credited.
Block sync delay: On-chain confirmed, but the platform wallet needs time to sync.

Risk Reminders
On-chain query results are based on the explorer display; do not rely solely on the status shown in the OKX app.
If the TxID cannot be found in the explorer, the transaction has not been successfully broadcast. Contact the sending platform for resolution; it is not an OKX issue.
For large transfers, keep a screenshot of the TxID. It may be needed later for appeals or inquiries.
If the on-chain query confirms the transaction is successful but the deposit hasn't arrived for more than 2 hours, contact OKX customer support and provide the TxID.
