What to Do When Your OKX Deposit Shows 'Processing'?
If your deposit is showing as "Processing", it means the transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain, but the number of confirmations hasn't yet reached the threshold required by OKX for crediting. Don't keep refreshing the app; first, check the confirmation progress in your deposit history. It will automatically change to "Completed" once enough confirmations are reached.

Step 1: Check the Confirmation Progress in Your Deposit History
"Processing" doesn't mean it's stuck; the system is waiting for blockchain confirmations.
On the App:
Go to the Assets page and tap Deposit
Tap the three-dot icon in the top-right corner and select Deposit History
Find the transaction with the status "Processing" and look at the current confirmations and required confirmations
The deposit page will show "Confirmations required for credit" and "Confirmations required for withdrawal". If the current block confirmations are lower than the required withdrawal confirmations, the asset cannot be withdrawn or sold via peer-to-peer trading temporarily.
What constitutes completion: You can see the current confirmation progress and know that the deposit is in the queue, not "lost".
Step 2: Understand What "Processing" Means
"Processing" can mean three things, each with different waiting times:
Situation A - Blockchain Confirmations Not Yet Complete This is the most common scenario. The transaction has been broadcast on the blockchain but hasn't reached the number of confirmations required by OKX. During network congestion, confirmation speed may slow down; just wait patiently.
Situation B - Block Sync Delay The on-chain confirmation is done, but it takes time for the data to sync from the blockchain to OKX's wallet, causing a slight delay. Usually resolved within a few tens of minutes.
Situation C - Deposit Network Suspended If the deposit channel for that specific network is temporarily closed, assets already confirmed on-chain will not be lost. They will be credited once the network resumes.
What constitutes completion: Determine which situation applies to you and get an idea of how long it might take.
Step 3: Use the TxID to Check Real-Time Status on a Blockchain Explorer
The status in your deposit history may have a delay; checking on-chain is the most accurate.
In deposit history, tap the transaction and copy the transaction hash (TxID)
Open the corresponding blockchain explorer (Tronscan for TRC20, Etherscan for ERC20, BSCScan for BEP20)
Paste the TxID to check the on-chain status
If the blockchain shows "Confirmed/Success" but OKX still says "Processing", it's a block sync delay. Wait a bit longer or contact support. If the blockchain shows "Pending", keep waiting.
What constitutes completion: You can look up the real-time status of the transaction on a blockchain explorer.
Step 4: Check If the Deposit Details Are Correct
If it remains "Processing" for a long time, review your deposit operation for any issues:
Address and Network: Is the network selected when depositing the same as the one used when withdrawing from the sending platform? Using the wrong network is the most common reason for missing deposits and can be very troublesome to resolve.
Memo/Tag: For coins like XRP that require a Memo, did you forget to fill it in or enter it incorrectly?
Minimum Deposit Amount: Is the amount deposited below the platform's minimum deposit requirement? Deposits below the limit will not be credited.
What constitutes completion: Verify that your address, network, Memo, and amount are all correct.
Common Reasons for Failure
Wrong Network: For example, you selected TRC20 on the OKX deposit page, but the sender used ERC20. In this case, the asset will not be automatically credited; you'll need to contact support for assistance.
Slow Blockchain Confirmations: During network congestion, confirmation times can extend to several hours or even longer.
Deposited an Unsupported Coin/Network: OKX clearly states that it currently does not support certain assets like USDT on the BSC network. If you deposit an unsupported asset, you'll need to submit a ticket via the self-service tool, but recovery is not guaranteed.

Risk Reminder
Assets sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable by the platform. Always double-check that the coin and network match those used on the sending platform before depositing.
If the on-chain transaction status shows "failed", the funds are still in your sending wallet. Contact the sending platform; this is not an OKX issue.
If the asset is confirmed on-chain but the deposit network is suspended, the asset will not be lost and will be credited once the network resumes.
Go to Assets - Deposit History to check the current confirmation count for this deposit. If the confirmations are still increasing but haven't reached the threshold, just keep waiting. If the confirmation count is stuck or hasn't changed for a long time, copy the TxID and check the on-chain status on the appropriate blockchain explorer, then decide on the next step.
