If your withdrawal status says "Completed" but the funds haven't arrived, the core reason is: "Completed" only means OKX sent the funds to the blockchain. It does not mean the receiving platform has credited your account yet. Funds travel from OKX to your wallet in three steps: OKX initiates → blockchain network confirms → receiving platform credits. You now need to get the TxID and check where it stalled.
Step 1: Get the TxID and confirm OKX really sent the funds
If there is no TxID in the withdrawal record, the funds are still inside OKX and haven't hit the chain yet.
What to do
Log in to OKX, go to [Assets] → [Withdraw] → [Withdrawal History].
Find the withdrawal record and check the status:
"Withdrawal Request" or "Pending": Still in the queue. You can cancel the withdrawal, and your coins won't be lost.
"Withdrawing": Already on the chain, waiting for miners to pick it up. You need the TxID to track progress.
"Transferred": Miners have confirmed, funds left OKX, but the receiving platform may not have credited you yet.
Completion check: You have the TxID, or you know the funds haven't left OKX.
Step 2: Use the TxID to check the on-chain status via a block explorer
"Transferred" does not mean the recipient has received the funds. The TxID is your only proof to track this transaction on-chain.
What to do
Find the TxID (a string starting with 0x) in the withdrawal record and copy it.
Based on the network you selected for withdrawal, go to the corresponding block explorer:
ERC-20 (Ethereum): Etherscan
TRC-20 (Tron): Tronscan
BEP-20 (BSC): BscScan
Paste the TxID and check the status:
| On-chain status | Meaning | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
| Success | Confirmed on chain, funds reached the receiving address | Funds left OKX. If the receiving platform hasn't credited you, contact their support. |
| Fail | Transaction failed on chain | Contact OKX support |
| Pending | Still waiting for miners to include it | Wait. During network congestion, it could take hours or longer. |
| Transaction not found | TxID doesn't exist or wrong network | Check if you selected the correct network, or wait and search again later. |
Completion check: You now know whether the transaction is Success, Fail, or Pending on-chain.
Step 3: Decide your next move based on the on-chain status
On-chain shows Success but the receiving platform hasn't credited you: The problem is on the receiving side, not OKX. Take your TxID, receiving address, and coin type to the receiving platform's support team so they can check internally.
On-chain shows Fail: Contact OKX support and provide a screenshot of the withdrawal record.
On-chain shows Pending: Keep waiting. Do not submit the withdrawal again. If it's still pending after 24 hours, contact OKX support to confirm whether the network is congested.
High risk warning: Choosing the wrong network can lead to permanent loss of assets.
If you withdrew USDT via the BEP-20 network on OKX, but the receiving platform does not support BSC, the on-chain status will show Success but you won't see anything in your wallet. In this case, you need to contact the receiving platform for recovery. However, many exchanges clearly state they do not support cross-chain recovery, and funds could be lost forever. Always confirm the receiving platform supports the network you selected before withdrawing.
How to verify after completion: Once the funds arrive, check the deposit record on the receiving platform to confirm the amount and time. If on-chain status shows Success for more than 24 hours but you still haven't received it, contact the receiving platform's support with your TxID and withdrawal screenshot so they can check their backend.
