You can view withdrawal limits on OKX's OKX Identity Verification page and VIP Benefits page. The two pages show different information. The Identity Verification page displays the base limits determined by your KYC level, while the VIP Benefits page shows extra limits and fee discounts from your VIP status. Also, limits can differ for different coins and even for the same coin on different networks.

Step 1: Check the Base Limit for Your Current KYC Level

What to do: Find the basic withdrawal limit tied to your current Identity Verification level.

How to do it: Open the OKX App, tap the bottom right icon (Profile) → Identity Verification. The page shows your current verification level—from low to high: Unverified, Lv1 (Basic), Lv2 (Advanced), Lv3 (Highest). Different levels have different daily withdrawal limits: Unverified users cannot withdraw; after completing Lv1, the daily limit for major coins like BTC is about 2 BTC; after Lv2, the daily limit can go up to around 100 BTC. Exact amounts are shown in real time on the "Assets – Withdraw" page.

Goal: Know your current verification level and the basic limit range it gives you.

Common mistake: Many people think that after basic verification (Lv1) they can withdraw unlimited amounts. In reality, Lv1 limits are far too low for large withdrawals. To raise the limit, you must upgrade to Lv2 or higher. Note: After identity verification, limits usually take 10–30 minutes to update.

Step 2: Check Different Coin and Network Limits on the VIP Benefits Page

What to do: See daily withdrawal limits and fees for specific coins and networks.

How to do it: In the app, go to Profile → Account Center → VIP Benefits. At the top, you'll see your current VIP level, 30-day trading volume, and the volume shortfall to reach the next level. Scroll down to view the daily withdrawal limit and on-chain withdrawal fee details for all supported coins at your current level. Key step: Tap the coin filter button (top right), enter the coin code (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT). The system shows the maximum daily withdrawal amount and the lowest fee for that coin. If the coin supports multiple networks (e.g., USDT on TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20), the list shows the limit and fee for each network separately.

Goal: Find the daily withdrawal limit for your desired coin at your current level and the fee differences between networks.

Risk alert: Limits for the same coin can differ completely across networks. For example, USDT on ERC-20 and USDT on TRC-20 may have different limits. Choosing the wrong network when withdrawing can result in a rejected transaction for exceeding the limit or even asset loss if the network is not supported. Always confirm the exact limit for the network you plan to use.

Step 3: How to Raise Your Withdrawal Limit – Three Ways

What to do: If your current limit is not enough, check your options.

How to do it: There are three main ways:

  1. Upgrade KYC verification: The most basic method. Going from Lv1 to Lv2 usually requires submitting identity documents, facial recognition, and sometimes proof of address (like a utility bill). After upgrading, the daily BTC withdrawal limit can increase from 2 BTC to 100 BTC.

  2. Increase VIP level: Your VIP level is determined by your 30-day cumulative trading volume (in USDT) and is calculated automatically. Higher VIP levels bring noticeably higher daily withdrawal limits and fee discounts. Holding a certain amount of OKB can also boost your withdrawal limits.

  3. Request manual review for large amounts: Withdrawals over a certain threshold (e.g., $100,000) may trigger a manual review, which can take 1–24 hours. This is a security measure, not a block.

Goal: Know which path to take if your limit is insufficient and what the requirements are.

How to verify it worked: On the Assets → Withdraw page, select the coin and network. The page will show whether the withdrawal amount is within the limit. If it says "Exceeds limit," you need to upgrade or split the withdrawal. After completing KYC or VIP upgrades, limits usually take 10–30 minutes to take effect. Refresh the page after a while to confirm.
