How to View and Export Binance Deposit Records
You can view your deposit records directly in the Binance app or on the website under [Wallet] > [Transaction History]. Note that when exporting, you can only export data for a maximum of the last 90 days at a time. For longer periods, you need to export in segments. The entry points for fiat deposits (P2P/bank transfer) and on-chain (crypto) deposits are different, as explained below.

Step 1: Check Deposit Records on the App
Open the Binance app, tap [Wallet] or [Assets] at the bottom, then tap the clock icon or [Transaction History] in the top right to enter the transaction list.
By default, the page lists all fund movements in reverse chronological order. To filter for deposits:
Tap the [Filter] button in the top right
Under Type, check "Deposit". You can also separately select "Crypto Deposit" or "Fiat Deposit"
Set the time range (maximum 90 days)
Tap [Search] to load the list
Each record has a [Details] button on the right. Tap it to see the full fields of that deposit, including TxID (transaction hash), network type, receiving address, and status.
Completion standard: filter all deposit records on the transaction history page and confirm that you can see the TxID and status for each one.
Step 2: Check Deposit Records on the Website
Log in to the Binance website, click the [Account] drop-down menu in the top right, and select [Transaction History] (or directly visit the Wallet History page).
The operation is similar to the app:
At the top of the page, you can choose record types such as "Deposit", "Withdraw", "Trade"
Filter by time range (last 1 hour / 24 hours / 7 days / 30 days, or custom)
Search by coin or trading pair
If a deposit does not arrive automatically after the deposit address expires, locate that transaction in the Wallet History, expand the details, and click [One-Click Transfer] to manually credit the funds to your Spot Wallet (usually arrives within 1 hour).
Completion standard: find the target deposit record on the website and see the status as "Completed", or manually complete the crediting via One-Click Transfer.
Step 3: Export Deposit Records (CSV/PDF)
The website supports exporting deposit records; the app currently does not support batch export.
Procedure:
On the Transaction History or Order History page, click the [Export] button in the top right
Choose the export format (CSV or PDF)
Select the time range – a single export can cover a maximum of 90 days; for longer periods you must perform multiple exports
Click generate, then download the file once it is ready
The exported CSV contains detailed information such as trade time, type, coin, amount, price, fee, and status, which is convenient for tax reporting or reconciliation.
Fiat deposit export: Records of fiat deposits (P2P, bank transfers, etc.) must be retrieved via the API endpoint /sapi/v1/fiat/orders; the standard transaction history export from the website may not include those records.
Completion standard: successfully export a CSV file of deposit records for the desired period and confirm that it includes the required coins and transaction types.
Step 4: Query Deposit Records via API (Advanced)
If you need to pull a large volume of deposit records in bulk, or require automated processing, you can use the Binance API.
On-chain deposits: Call the /sapi/v1/capital/deposit/hisrec endpoint, which returns deposit records including the TxID. Note that the interval between startTime and endTime cannot exceed 90 days.
Fiat deposits: Call the /sapi/v1/fiat/orders endpoint with transactionType=0 (deposit).
API calls require creating an API Key and enabling the "Read Wallet History" permission.
Completion standard: successfully pull the target deposit records via the API, and the response contains the required transaction data.

FAQ and Risk Reminders
"The deposit record shows 'Processing' but the coins haven't arrived": Check whether the number of confirmations for the record meets the platform requirement. If it is already confirmed on-chain but the status is still Processing, it may be due to block synchronization delay. Wait or contact support.
"The exported file won't open": The exported CSV file should be opened with Excel or Numbers. For Chinese encoding issues, try using the "Import Data" function instead of double-clicking to open directly.
"I can't find very old deposits": Binance limits a single query to a maximum of 90 days. You need to search in quarterly segments.
Export personal data from the Privacy Center: Binance's Privacy Center allows you to generate a full personal data report every 7 days, including transaction records and deposit/withdrawal records. Path: [Settings] → [Privacy Center] → [Download Personal Data].
In the Binance app, go to [Assets] > [Transaction History], use the filter to select "Deposit" and view recent records. To export, use the [Export] button on the website's "Transaction History" page and export CSV files in quarterly segments. If funds are not automatically credited after a deposit address expires, find the corresponding transaction in Wallet History and click "One-Click Transfer" to manually credit the funds.
