OKX deposit records can be found in the history of the Assets page on the app. There, you can find the TxID and block confirmations. If your deposit hasn't arrived despite reaching the required confirmations, or the record doesn't show "Completed," follow the guide below.

Prerequisites

  • Logged into your OKX account
  • You have a deposit record to look up
  • Know the coin and deposit network

Method 1: View All Records on the App

This is the most direct way to see all deposit records and their current status.

Steps: Open the OKX App, tap [Assets] on the bottom navigation bar, tap the history icon (three dots or clock) at the top right of the page, tap [Assets] to view deposit/withdrawal and P2P trading records, tap [Type], and select [Deposit] to filter all deposit records.

Done: The page lists all your deposit records, including coin, amount, time, and status.

Method 2: View Deposit Records on the Web

Steps: Log into the OKX website, go to the [Deposit] or [Withdraw] page, click [View History]. You can also check under [Assets] → [Deposit] → [All Deposit Records].

Done: The web interface shows all deposit records and details.

View Block Confirmations

This is the most critical step to assess deposit progress. A deposit will only be credited once the required number of confirmations set by the platform is reached, not immediately once the blockchain shows a confirmation.

Steps: On the app, go to [Deposit], choose the coin and network, and at the bottom of the page you will see "Required Confirmations." In your deposit records, tap a specific transaction and check "Deposit Progress." If the confirmations for that transaction have reached the required number, the status will change to "Deposit Successful."

Important Notes

"Block confirmation" and "deposit confirmation" are not the same. Block confirmation refers to miners including transaction data in a block; each new block adds one confirmation. More confirmations mean greater security. However, OKX has its own required number of confirmations for deposits—for example, ERC20 USDT may need 32 confirmations. Only once the actual confirmations reach this threshold will funds be credited to your account. If you only see "Success" on a block explorer and assume the deposit is done, it might still be waiting for the platform's internal confirmation target.

Done: You've found the required confirmations for that coin and confirmed the actual confirmations have met it.

Copy TxID (Transaction Hash)

If you need to check more details on-chain (e.g., whether the sender used the wrong address), you'll need the TxID.

Steps: In your deposit records, tap the transaction you want to check. On the detail page, find "Blockchain Transaction ID" or "TxID," tap to copy, then paste the TxID into the corresponding block explorer (e.g., Etherscan, Tronscan) to view its real-time on-chain status.

Risk Reminder

TxID is public on-chain data—anyone can look up transaction details on a block explorer. However, never send your TxID to anyone claiming they can "speed up your deposit," and never share your password, verification code, or seed phrase. TxID can only be used to check progress, not change it. OKX support will never ask for your password when handling deposit issues.

Verification After Completion

Open OKX App deposit records and locate the transaction:

  • Status shows "Deposit Successful" or "Completed" → Confirmations met, funds credited.
  • Status shows "Depositing" or current/required confirmations → Continue waiting. Confirmation time varies by network, usually a few minutes to tens of minutes.

If the status shows "Deposit Successful" but your balance hasn't changed, pull down to refresh the Assets page or switch tabs and re-enter. Verification channel: OKX App [Assets] → [History] → [Assets].
