Don't worry. If your task was completed but not counted, it is probably not your fault. Binance's task system has its own refresh timing and rules. This article tells you what went wrong and how to get your progress counted.
Step 1: Wait 4 hours first, don't rush
Check whether the task progress is just delayed, not missing.
Do nothing, just wait. Binance's official guide clearly says: task status and totals will update within 4 hours. If the total has not updated, please wait patiently and refresh the page.
If you refresh the task center within 4 hours and the progress number turns green, it was just a normal delay.
If it still has not changed after 4 hours, move to the next step.
Step 2: Check for hidden pitfalls
Common failure reason 1: You did the task before it was assigned A task only counts when it appears in the "Task Center." Even if the event announcement was published, if the task is not shown in the Task Center, doing it early will not count.
Common failure reason 2: The task window was very short and you were too slow The completion time in the Binance Task Center can be much shorter than expected. Some users report that the platform only gives 6 minutes to complete 5 tasks. If you miss the window, the tasks disappear automatically. You may finish, but the task expired, so progress is not counted.
Common failure reason 3: Check-in task ran out of points Daily check-in tasks have a limited points supply. If you check in late, you may see a "not enough points left" message. The check-in succeeds but points do not arrive. The check-in board resets on Sunday at 00:00 (UTC).
Common failure reason 4: You interacted with the wrong target or content When joining social tasks, you may run into these problems:
- The post you interacted with does not match the task requirement (for example, the task asks for a Square post, but you gave a Twitter link)
- The screenshot you submitted does not show your participation
- The post was published outside the required date range
Common failure reason 5: Your account was found ineligible If the system detects that your account violated the terms of use (such as using multiple accounts, VPNs, or unfair practices), you may be disqualified from all tasks and events.

Step 3: Find the appeal entry and submit evidence
Submit an appeal through the official channel and ask support to fix your progress.
Steps:
- Open the Binance app or website, and find the task or related order in the Task Center.
- Click the "Need Help" button on the order details page.
- In the appeal type, choose the option related to "task progress" or "incorrect statistics."
- Describe the task you completed and the time you did it, and upload screenshots or video evidence showing that you met the requirements.
- Click submit.
When submitted successfully: The page shows "appeal submitted," and you will receive a Case ID or appeal number. Customer service usually reviews it within 4-8 hours. You can check the result directly on the appeal page.
Risk reminder: The evidence you submit must be real, clear, and unedited. If fake evidence is found, your appeal will be rejected, and your account may be permanently removed from event eligibility. If you use multiple accounts or a VPN, your appeal is very likely to be rejected directly.
