First, find your own referral entry, then check your friend's task progress. Both are inside the "Referral Rewards" section. Binance's referral program has two modes—voucher mode and commission mode—and the viewing paths are completely different for each. If you are using voucher mode, after your friend registers and completes two tasks (total crypto purchase >$50, spot trading >$100), both you and your friend will each receive a trading fee rebate voucher. The reward is sent to the "Reward Center" within 48 hours of task completion. If the voucher hasn't arrived, first check whether your friend completed the tasks within 14 days of registration; if not, it won't count.
Step 1: Find Your Referral Entry and Referral Code
App: Tap the profile icon in the top left corner → [Referral Rewards], enter the referral program homepage, and copy your referral link or referral code.
Website: Click the profile icon in the top right → [Referral Rewards] → after redirect, you will see your referral link and QR code.
What you need: Successfully copy a referral link in the format "https://www.binance.com/en/join?ref=…" or a referral code of about 8 alphanumeric characters.
Step 2: Check Your Reward Distribution Status in the "Reward Center"
Referral rewards (rebate vouchers) are sent to the "Reward Center", not directly to your spot account. If you can't find them, check here.
Entry: App: [Profile icon] → [Reward Center]; Website: [Profile icon] → [Reward Center] or jump directly from the [Referral Rewards] page.
How to check: After entering, filter by the "Invitation" or "Referral" category to see all distributed and expired vouchers. Vouchers must be manually claimed within 7 days after distribution, or they will expire.
Common failure reason: Many people wait two days for a voucher only to find it had already been sent to the "Reward Center", but because they didn't click the "Claim" button, the voucher remained inactive. After claiming, there is an additional 14-day validity period; it must be used before it expires.
Risk note: If your invited friend registered using voucher mode, you receive a one-time trading fee rebate voucher, not ongoing commission sharing. If the friend registered through commission mode (Super Referral or Pro referral), your reward is a daily split of trading fees. Those rewards are not claimed in the "Reward Center"; you must check them on the [Referral Commission] dashboard.
Step 3: Track Friend Task Completion Progress (Voucher Mode Only)
If you are an inviter in voucher mode, you need your friend to complete both tasks before receiving the voucher. If the voucher never arrives, troubleshoot as follows:
Entry: [Referral Rewards] page → the "Referral Record" or "My Invited Users" list at the bottom, check your friend's status.
Status meanings:
"Registered": Friend has registered but has not done any tasks.
"Task 1 completed": Total crypto purchase >$50 met.
"Task 2 completed": Spot trading >$100 met.
If both tasks show completed but no voucher has arrived: Check if the 48-hour distribution window after task completion has passed. If it has, also check whether the friend used spot or convert trading (contract trading does not count towards Task 2).
How to verify completion: In the "Referral Record", see the friend's status as "All tasks completed", and at the same time a corresponding trading fee rebate voucher entry appears in the "Reward Center". If the voucher shows "Expired", it means it was not claimed within 7 days and cannot be reissued.
