Step 1: Log in to your business account and go to the verification page
Institutional and individual verification entrances are separate, so you must log in with your business account.
Operation: Log in to the OKX official website with your institutional account (Business Account).
Path: After logging in, hover over the profile icon or personal area in the upper right corner, and select "Verification" from the dropdown menu.
Completion: Enter the verification page to see your current institutional verification status.
Step 2: Check the review progress based on the page status
After submitting documents, the page status updates automatically; no extra action is needed to check progress.
Status is "Under Review": Your documents have been submitted and the review team is processing. Please check your registered email because the review team may contact you for additional information.
Status is "Approved": Institutional verification is complete, and you can use all features of your business account.
Status is "Rejected": Verification did not pass. The page will show a "Verification Feedback" entry; click to see detailed rejection reasons. The rejection reason is also sent to your registered email.
Common operation tips
Many users refresh the page repeatedly or re-submit after sending documents. OKX's verification system automatically saves your progress. After submission, the status will show "Under Review"—you do not need to click "Continue" or submit again. Also, resubmission requests are usually sent via email; we recommend checking your spam folder to avoid missing notifications.
Risk reminder
If institutional verification is rejected, do not immediately re-submit the same materials. The system requires you to check "Verification Feedback" first to understand the specific rejection reason, correct the issue, and then re-submit. Repeatedly submitting the same incorrect materials may trigger a review lockout mechanism and extend the review period.
How to verify completion
Go back to the Profile > Verification page and confirm the current status. If it shows "Approved," verification is complete. If "Under Review," just wait for email notification—no need to follow up proactively. If no feedback is received after 3-5 business days, contact online customer service with your business email and application ID for inquiries.

Next steps
After verification is approved, check if your business account's trading permission and withdrawal limits are activated. Some business account types (such as funds, trusts) may need to sign additional agreements after verification.
