What you need is not to click "Confirm" again, but to first get the transaction hash (TxID) and check its real status on a block explorer.
Step 1: Find the transaction hash in your wallet
What to do: Get the unique on-chain record of this operation.
How to do it: Open the OKX Web3 Wallet, go to the asset homepage or [Transaction History], and find the transfer record you initiated. Tap into it, find the line that says "Transaction Hash" or "TxID", and long press to copy it.
Completion standard: You have a complete transaction hash string in hand (for example, on Ethereum it is a string of 40 characters starting with 0x).
Step 2: Check the real status of this hash on a block explorer
What to do: Confirm what the transaction status actually is on-chain, rather than relying on the prompt shown in the wallet interface.
How to do it: Open OKLink (oklink.com) or another block explorer for the corresponding network, paste the hash you just copied into the search bar. Look at what the status field shows:
"Success": The transaction has been packed and confirmed by miners. If Gas Station deducted your stablecoin but the target chain did not receive it, the problem is in the cross-chain or contract call stage. Take a screenshot of the hash and send it to OKX customer support.
"Pending": The transaction is still in the queue waiting for miners to process it. This is usually because the gas fee was set too low or the network is congested. In this case, do not resend it. Wait for it to confirm on its own, or use the "Speed Up" feature in the wallet to submit a higher gas fee.
"Fail": The transaction execution failed. Assets are usually returned, but the gas fee will not be refunded. If Gas Station deducted money but the transaction failed, contact customer support to appeal for a refund.
Completion standard: You can see the clear status of this transaction in the block explorer, rather than staying stuck at the stage of "not knowing whether it was sent or not".
Common reasons for failure: Many people think that a wallet prompt saying "Submitted" means "Credited", but "Submitted" only means your request was accepted by a node. There are still several steps before on-chain confirmation. Submitted ≠ Confirmed, Confirmed ≠ Credited. The essence of Gas Station is that a third-party Relayer first pays the mainnet coin for you and then deducts your stablecoin in the transaction. The whole process requires the Relayer to broadcast the transaction on-chain, and this step can also be delayed.

Step 3: If the block explorer shows "Success" but the target chain has not received it
What to do: Confirm whether the asset actually arrived on the target chain but is just not displayed in the wallet.
How to do it: Enter your receiving address in the target chain's block explorer and check whether the asset is listed under the "Tokens" section. If it is visible on-chain but not in the wallet, it means you may have received a bridged token (wrapped version) or a fake token with the same name. You need to manually add the token's contract address in the wallet to make it display.
Completion standard: Your address in the target chain's block explorer indeed has an incoming record of the corresponding amount.
How to verify completion: Get the TxID, confirm that the status found on the block explorer matches what is shown in the wallet, and check that the balance of the target chain address has been updated. If the block explorer shows "Success" but the wallet has not updated, refresh the wallet balance or restart the App.
