S is the native token of the Sonic chain (formerly Fantom). After the Sonic mainnet launched in 2025, S circulates as the native token, with addresses usually in EVM format starting with "0x".
1. Complete OKX Account KYC
What to do: Ensure your OKX account has completed identity verification.
How to do it:
Log in to the OKX app or website, go to [User Center] → [Identity Verification].
Follow the instructions to submit your ID documents and complete standard identity verification.
When is it done: The account shows "Verified" or "Standard Identity Verification" status.
Accounts that have not completed KYC cannot use the deposit function.
