Scenario B: Your SHIB is on the BNB Chain (BSC). There are multiple token contracts named "SHIB" on BSC. Some are bridged from the official Ethereum SHIB, while others are counterfeit assets (such as ShibaFi, SHIBA INU from BSC, etc.) that have no connection to the official project. If the "SHIB" on your BSC wallet was not obtained via the official SHIB cross-chain bridge, it is almost certainly a fake token that OKX does not support for deposit.

Scenario C: Your SHIB is on other chains (Polygon, Solana, etc.). SHIB has no official deployment on these blockchains. Any token named SHIB on these networks is a counterfeit asset by default, do not attempt to deposit them to OKX.
