Binance withdrawal appeals have two entry points: for cryptocurrency withdrawals, go through the Help Center; for fiat withdrawals, you can initiate an appeal directly from the order page. First confirm which situation applies to you, then find the corresponding entry.
Prerequisites
- Logged into your Binance account.
- The withdrawal transaction shows "Success" or "Confirmed" on the block explorer.
- Have the coin type, amount, withdrawal time, and TxID (transaction hash) ready.
Entry 1: Submit a Withdrawal Appeal via Help Center
Suitable for cases where cryptocurrency withdrawals have not arrived, as well as fiat withdrawals that have not been credited.
Log into your Binance account, go to the Help Center, and select the appeal entry corresponding to "Crypto Deposit Not Credited" or "Fiat Withdrawal Not Credited". Enter the basic withdrawal information and problem description on the appeal page, then submit and wait for notification.
Completion standard: the appeal has been submitted and the system has generated an application record or ticket number.
Entry 2: Initiate a Fiat Withdrawal Appeal Directly from Order History
If you are withdrawing fiat currency (e.g., USD, EUR), you can initiate the appeal directly from the order page.
Log into your Binance account, go to [Orders] → [Fiat Orders], find the withdrawal order that has not arrived, click the "Appeal" button on the right, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Completion standard: the appeal has been successfully submitted from the order page.
Materials You Need to Prepare (Gather Them in Advance to Avoid Repeated Requests for Supplementary Documents)
Before submitting an appeal, make sure the following materials are ready:
| Material Type | Specific Requirements |
|---|---|
| Transaction Hash (TxID) | The unique identifier of the transaction that can be found on the block explorer |
| Screenshot of Withdrawal Record | Captured from the sending platform, including coin type, amount, network, withdrawal address, and TxID |
| Proof of Receiving Address Ownership | Such as being able to prove that the address belongs to you (do not provide mnemonic-related items, address proof only) |
| Payee Information | For fiat withdrawals, provide the receiving bank information, account name, account number, etc. |
Common Reasons for Failure
TxID entered incorrectly, wrong network selected, incomplete screenshots — these will directly cause the appeal to be rejected with a request for supplementary information. Screenshots must include the complete transaction ID and address; do not crop out key information.
Risk Reminder
The rules for withdrawal appeals and deposit appeals are completely different. Binance officially states that if you are the sender (funds transferred out of Binance) and you enter the wrong address, the platform cannot help you recover the funds; you need to contact the receiving platform yourself. Additionally, some transactions support a self-service recovery function, but this is limited to scenarios where "deposit is confirmed and has not arrived after 1 hour". Before submitting, confirm that the TxID status on the blockchain is "Confirmed/Success".
How to Verify Completion after Operation
After submitting the appeal, check the processing progress in the "Application Records" section of the Help Center. The review period usually takes several working days; during this time, pay attention to the registered email and in-app notifications. Verification channels: the "Application Records" page in the Binance Help Center and the registered email.
