Where to Check Binance Withdrawal Appeal Progress? Case Status Entry

After you submit an appeal, the way to check progress depends on the channel you used. Binance's customer service and appeal systems are separate. Some appeals have their own entry and status page, while others can only be followed through the ticket system and email. The following explains how to check in different situations.

Scenario 1: Submitted through the "Appeal" button on the withdrawal page

This is the most direct case. If there was an "Appeal" button when your withdrawal was blocked, you can usually see the status on the appeal page itself after you click it.

  • [What to do]: Go back to the page where you submitted the appeal and check for status changes.

  • [How to do it]:

    1. Log in to Binance and go to "Wallet" → "Spot" → "Withdraw".

    2. If the page shows an appeal status such as "Under review", it means customer service has taken over. Wait for the result.

    3. Some appeals will generate a case number or ticket number—save a screenshot. This is your reference for follow-ups.

  • [Completion standard]: You have confirmed whether the current status is "Under review", "Rejected", or "Completed", and you have written down the ticket number. For P2P-related appeals, Binance's status check path is to click "Appeal status". Other types of withdrawal appeal status are usually shown directly on the withdrawal page or at the appeal entry.

Scenario 2: No "Appeal" button, and you used a support ticket or customer service channel

If the withdrawal block page has no direct appeal entry, you can only handle it by contacting online support or submitting a ticket. In this case, status tracking depends on your ticket number and registered email.

  • [What to do]: Check progress using the ticket number, or watch for email notifications.

  • [How to do it]:

    1. Find the ticket number: After you submit a ticket, Binance's system will send an email confirmation within 2 business days. The email contains a reference number. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder.

    2. Check progress: Binance's complaint handling process promises a final reply within 30 business days. You can use the same ticket number to ask online support, and support can help check the status.

    3. Wait for email: Review results and requests for additional materials will be sent to your registered email. You do not need to guess.

  • [Completion standard]: You have the ticket number, you know its submission date, and you have confirmed that your email can receive Binance messages. If the email asks for more materials, submit everything complete in one go—sending scattered additions often puts your application back in the queue.

Scenario 3: C2C or P2P related appeals

If the restriction was triggered by C2C trading, the path is slightly different. Binance has a dedicated "Appeal status" entry.

  • [What to do]: Check the appeal status on the C2C order page.

  • [How to do it]: Log in to Binance → "Trade" → "C2C" → "Orders" → find the relevant order → click "Appeal status". After submitting an appeal, the counterparty has 10 minutes to respond. If the other party chooses "No agreement" or does not respond in time, the status will change to "Under review", and customer service will step in manually.

  • [Completion standard]: You can see the current processing stage of the appeal on the C2C order page.

Common reasons for failure

  1. Wrong entry point: A withdrawal appeal goes through the withdrawal appeal channel, not the P2P channel or the C2C channel. These three types of appeals are not connected. C2C account restriction has a separate restriction removal center. If self-service appeal does not support your restriction reason, the system will show "Unable to appeal" and automatically guide you to customer service.

  2. Being too impatient: Compliance reviews and risk control reviews have no fixed completion time. User feedback may last days or even months. If there is still no substantive reply after 30 business days, you can escalate according to the complaint process.

Risk warning

Binance has no public customer service phone number. Any phone number on search engines or social media claiming to be a "Binance customer service phone number" is a scam. Official Binance customer service will not proactively message you through Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), or similar channels, and will never ask for your password or verification code.

How to verify that the operation is complete

Before each follow-up or status check, prepare two things:

  1. Ticket number or case number (if you did not save it, check your email for the confirmation message from Binance).

  2. Registered email (make sure you can receive notifications). Then ask about the status through Binance App or the official website's online support, and quote the original restriction notice you saw. This helps support locate which team is responsible faster.
