Your order is sitting there unfilled? First check the price, then the depth, and finally see if you placed it at a "special price".

The "order queue" you see is not really a queue; it's your order waiting in the order book for someone to trade with you. Whether a trade occurs does not depend on timing sequence but on price matching and liquidity depth.
Prerequisites
You are logged into your Binance account and have placed a limit order on the Trading page.
You know whether your order is a buy or sell, and the limit price.
You can view the order book data (bid/ask lists) on the trading page.
Step 1: Check if Your Limit Price Is "Reachable" for a Trade
The rule for limit orders: a trade can only happen when the market price touches your limit price. If your price is far from the current market price, your order will just sit there and not fill.
What to Do
If you placed a buy order: your limit price must be ≥ the current lowest ask price to have a chance to fill. If your limit price is below the lowest ask, it means your bid is lower than the cheapest available asking price, and no one will sell to you.
If you placed a sell order: your limit price must be ≤ the current highest bid price to have a chance. If your limit price is higher than the highest bid, your asking price is more expensive than what any buyer is willing to pay, so no one will buy from you.
Completion Standard: You confirm that your limit price is equal to or better than the current best price on the opposite side.
Step 2: Check the Order Book Depth – Is There Volume at Your Price?
Price has reached your level but no fill occurs? This is because the order volume at your price tier isn't enough, or there are simply no orders at that price.
How to Read the Order Book
In the "Order Book" or "Depth" area on the trading page, you'll see lists of bids and asks. The prices near the middle are the current best market prices. Looking outward, you can see how many orders are placed at different price levels.
Scenario A: The order book shows orders near your price, but you're behind them
The order book matches trades on a "price priority, time priority" basis. At the same price, the earlier order fills first. If your order is behind others, you'll have to wait until all those ahead of you are filled.
Scenario B: The order book shows no orders at all near your price
Even if your limit order price is within the price range, you need opposing orders in the book to fill it. If there are no opposing orders at that price tier, no one will buy your sell order or sell to you, and the order will just sit there.
Completion Standard: You have verified whether there is sufficient opposing order volume at the price tier of your limit order.
Step 3: Check if Price Limits Are Triggered
Binance imposes price limits on limit orders. For regular trading pairs, limit orders must be within 50% to 200% of the market price. If your limit order is outside this range, the system will reject the order and it won't fill.
Additionally, some new tokens' Pre-Market have price cap mechanisms. For instance, during a pilot phase for certain new coins, the maximum trading price was capped for the first 72 hours. Many users' limit orders remain unfilled because the price was blocked by the upper limit.
Completion Standard: You have confirmed that your limit price falls within the platform's allowed price range.
Common Reason for Failure: Not Enough Time
Even if the price reaches your level, during high volatility the market moves so fast that by the time your order reaches the order book, that price level may already have been swept. This is especially common during major news announcements – there's a time lag between the price you see and the price at which your order is actually entered.
Risk Warning: Order book depth is dynamic. Seeing 10 coins at a price level doesn't guarantee your order will fill, because there may be larger orders ahead of you. Also, the displayed volume can be canceled at any time—the large order you're watching might get canceled right before you place yours, so your order remains unmatched.

How to Verify Your Operation is Complete
Open the Binance Trading page and view the order book data:
Check if your limit price is now below the lowest ask (for a buy) or above the highest bid (for a sell). If so, the price condition is met.
Locate your order's price in the order book; see if there are opposing orders at that level, and how much volume is ahead of you.
If the price condition is met but it still hasn't filled, wait a few minutes and check again, or cancel and re-submit with a more aggressive price.
