Step 1: Confirm Product Type and Interest Accrual Start
Simple Earn products are divided into flexible and locked, with completely different interest calculation times.
Case A: Flexible Product. You can subscribe anytime. Rewards accrue every minute and are directly added to your Earn Wallet balance. If you don't see the interest, first confirm whether you just subscribed—flexible products do not accrue interest on the subscription day. Rewards start accumulating at 00:00 (UTC) the next day after subscription, and are distributed to your Spot Wallet from 00:00 to 08:00 (UTC) on the day after the accrual starts (i.e., two days after subscription).
Case B: Locked Product. Rewards for locked products also start accumulating at 00:00 (UTC) the day after subscription, and are distributed to your Spot Wallet from 00:00 to 08:00 (UTC) two days after subscription. If you early redeem a locked product, you will lose all accumulated rewards.
Completion criteria: Confirm whether you bought a flexible or locked product, and whether the "day after subscription" accrual start time has passed.
Step 2: Check Payout Time and Destination Wallet
Interest doesn't arrive on the subscription day; there's a fixed payout window. Also, flexible and locked payouts go to different wallets.
Flexible real-time rewards: accrue every minute and are added directly to your Earn Wallet, not your Spot Wallet.
Flexible bonus tiered rewards: distributed daily from 00:00 to 08:00 (UTC) to your Spot Wallet.
Locked product rewards: distributed daily from 00:00 to 08:00 (UTC) to your Spot Wallet.
UTC time is 8 hours behind Beijing time (UTC+8). So UTC 00:00–08:00 corresponds to 08:00–16:00 Beijing time.
Completion criteria: Confirm you checked the correct wallet (Earn Wallet or Spot Wallet), and whether the current time is within the daily payout window (08:00–16:00 Beijing time). If the window just passed and the interest hasn't arrived, there may be a system delay; wait a few hours.

Sometimes the interest has arrived but you didn't notice, or the amount was rounded down due to the minimum interest calculation rules.
How to Check
Go to the Earn page and find [Simple Earn History] or [Earn History].
Filter by date to the relevant day, and check "real-time rewards" or "bonus tiered rewards" records.
Check if the amount is extremely small—Binance rounds down interest payouts to 8 decimal places. If your holdings are very small, the daily interest could be rounded to 0.00000000. Even if it shows as distributed, your balance might not increase.
Verification after checking: If there's indeed no reward record for that date and it's been more than two days after subscription, then contact Binance customer support. Search relevant keywords in the Help Center or submit a ticket. Before contacting support, have your product name, subscription time, and amount ready to speed up the process.
