Step 1: Check if your Locked Earn product supports "Early Redemption"
Not all Locked Earn products can be redeemed early. Some free Locked Earn products distributed as marketing campaign rewards do not support early redemption.
What to do: On the Locked Earn holdings page, check if there is an "Early Redemption" button.
How to do it:
Open the Binance App, go to [Assets] - [Earn Account] - [Earn] - [Locked Products].
Find the relevant holding, tap to enter the details page. If there is an [Early Redemption] button at the bottom of the page, the product supports early redemption.
If the button is not clickable or does not exist, it means the product does not support early redemption, and you can only wait for the maturity date for automatic redemption.
When is it done: You have confirmed that the current product supports early redemption.
Common failure reason: Not noticing that some free Locked Earn products from promotional campaigns cannot be redeemed early, and only checking the reason after the redemption fails with a system message.
Step 2: Understand the rules for handling "Principal" and "Interest" in early redemption
Early redemption will result in losing all accumulated interest — this is the rule, not a bug.
What to do: Understand the specific handling of principal and interest.

When is it done: You understand the calculation logic for the credited amount after early redemption — "Principal - Already distributed interest = Actual amount received", not "Principal + remaining interest".
Step 3: Early Redemption Process and Arrival Waiting Time
What to do: After confirming the rules, proceed with the early redemption action.
How to do it:
On the Locked Earn product details page, tap [Early Redemption].
System will pop up a confirmation window, showing the estimated arrival time and amount. Binance redemptions are available daily from 00:10 to 23:50 (UTC).
Tap confirm to complete the early redemption request.
Wait for the assets to arrive:

How to confirm the operation is correct?
After submitting the early redemption request, do three things:
Check the request status: In [Earn Account] - [Locked Products], check whether the holding status has changed to "Redeeming" or a similar processing status.
Wait for arrival and verify the amount: After 48-72 hours, check the [Spot Wallet] to see if the returned funds have been received. Use "Principal - previously received interest" to verify that the credited amount matches expectations.
If it hasn't arrived after 72 hours: Contact Binance customer support, providing the redemption request time as a reference. Extreme market volatility or a large number of redemption requests may cause delays.
Note: If the funds in the Locked Earn product are used as collateral for a loan, you need to first repay the collateral via the Loan page before you can perform the redemption.
