When your flexible savings show "Daily redemption quota reached", you can't redeem directly. It's alarming if you need cash urgently. First, don't repeatedly click the redeem button. Binance has clear rules for daily redemption limits; clicking too much will only give error messages.

Here are alternative paths after hitting the redemption cap.
Step 1: Confirm whether your flexible savings really hit the "Daily Redemption Limit"
Each Binance flexible product's daily redemption limit is set independently. The limit varies by coin and may be adjusted at any time; it is not displayed on the interface permanently.
What to do: On the flexible holdings page, check if the redemption prompt says "exceeded" or similar error.
How to do it:
Go to [Assets] - [Earn] - [Flexible Products], click the [Redeem] button for the relevant coin.
If the system says "Today's redemption quota is full" or "Exceeded daily redemption limit", it means that product's daily redemption share has been used up by other users.
Note: The redemption limit is calculated per product, not per account. For example, USDT flexible and BTC flexible each have their own independent daily cap.
When is it done: You have confirmed that the "daily redemption limit" is causing the redeem failure, not other issues (like assets used as loan collateral).
Common failure reason: Thinking your personal account is restricted, but actually the daily total redemption quota for that product has been exhausted. In this case, timing is more useful than changing your actions.
Step 2: Off-peak redemption – Try again early next morning
Binance's daily redemption limit resets at 08:00 UTC+8 every morning. This is your first usable action window.
What to do: Initiate redemption immediately after the daily limit resets.
How to do it:
On the next day, after 08:00, go to the flexible products page and try submitting a redemption request right away.
If the amount is large, it's recommended to split the operation: try a small redemption first to confirm available quota is sufficient, then submit the larger one.
Once the redemption request succeeds, assets usually return to the spot wallet within 30 minutes to several hours, but the official explanation also mentions that extreme market volatility or many simultaneous redemption requests can cause delays.
When is it done: You've determined you can't redeem today and have planned to retry when the quota resets tomorrow.
Risk reminder: If you still face the same issue the next day, it means the redemption demand for that coin continues to exceed the limit. You may need to redeem in batches over several days, not expect to withdraw all at once.
Step 3: Use "Redeem idle assets" to free up some liquidity
If your flexible holdings contain both assets that have already earned interest and recently subscribed ones, the system will process redemption from the interest-accumulated assets first, which might affect estimated available amount.
What to do: First confirm the batch status of your assets, then specifically redeem a partial amount.
How to do it:
Binance flexible product redemptions start from assets that have already earned interest. This means if there are multiple subscription records in the account, you can theoretically choose to redeem a specific batch.
In the redemption interface, check if the system allows entering a custom redemption amount. If so, try redeeming only the earned interest portion or a small amount to see if it succeeds.
If a small redemption succeeds, it means the large redemption was blocked by the "daily total quota"; if even a small redemption fails, the day's quota is indeed exhausted, and you must wait for the next day's reset.
When is it done: You've tested with a small redemption to confirm the day's actual quota status and can decide whether to wait for tomorrow or proceed with batch redemptions.
Prerequisite: Some platforms support choosing "Redeem to Spot Wallet" or "Redeem to Earn Wallet" in the Binance Earn interface; you can select based on your needs.
If the flexible quota remains tight for a long time, alternative options to consider
If you can't redeem enough funds for multiple days and urgently need the money, consider the following:
Case A (holding other available assets): In the spot wallet or funding account, check if there are unlocked assets you can use temporarily. The daily redemption limit of flexible products does not affect withdrawals or transfers of assets already in the spot wallet.
Case B (urgently need funds but can't fully redeem): Flexible products are always open for subscription and redemption, but have daily limits. If the day's quota is full, you must wait for the next day's reset. If the quota is consistently tight, it's wise to plan ahead and redeem larger amounts gradually over multiple days, not wait until the urgent day to act.
Risk reminder: If the account triggers risk control (such as recently changing password or resetting 2FA), the withdrawal function will be locked for an additional 48 hours, separate from the daily redemption limit. Flexible redemption and account withdrawal are two independent processes; successful redemption does not guarantee you can withdraw immediately.

How to confirm the operation was correct?
After attempting redemption, do two things:
Check redemption status: In [Assets] - [Spot Wallet], confirm whether you received the redeemed assets. If the redemption request succeeded, the assets will be returned to the spot wallet immediately after processing.
If redemption succeeded but hasn't arrived: Wait 30 minutes to several hours; the system may be delayed in extreme cases. If still not received after 24 hours, submit a ticket via Binance official customer support.
If you can't redeem today, the reasonable approach is to set a reminder for 08:05 the next day and act at the first moment after the quota resets, rather than repeatedly clicking and waiting.
