The two most common restricted scenarios are explained below. Follow the one that matches your case.
Case A: Deposit page clearly shows risk control restriction and has an appeal button
If the page shows a message like "Your account has a security risk and the deposit function has been restricted," and there is a "Submit appeal" or "Contact support" button below it, use that channel directly.
[What to do]: Start an appeal through the entry shown in the official system notice.
[How to do it]:
Log in to your Binance account as required on the page, and take a screenshot of the current restriction notice.
Click "Submit appeal" or a similar button. The system will guide you to the appeal ticket page.
Fill in the required information, which usually includes: the account registration email or phone number, a description of the problem (when you noticed the deposit restriction and what you did), and any verification documents requested by support (such as a photo of you holding your ID, recent transaction records, or a source of funds explanation).
After submitting, watch your registered email. Review may take several business days. Cooperate and provide any extra materials if asked.
[Completion standard]: The page shows "Appeal submitted" and gives you a ticket number or application number.
Case B: Deposit function is restricted but there is no direct appeal entry
If the page has no appeal button, or the notice only says "unavailable" without giving an appeal entry, you need to contact support through Binance self-service channels.
[What to do]: Start an appeal through the Binance Help Center self-service options or online chat.
[How to do it]:
Web version: Log in to the Binance website, go to the Help Center, find the "Self-service" section, and choose the matching category. You can also search "deposit restriction" or "account risk control" in the Help Center, and the system will show related appeal entries.
App version: Open the Binance App → Account Center → Help Center → Online Chat. First let the chatbot identify the problem. If it cannot help, type "transfer to human" or "human support," then provide the required account information and screenshots. The system will transfer you to an agent in the queue.
If the issue involves using the wrong chain or typing the wrong deposit address and funds have not arrived, you can use the self-service recovery feature to submit the transaction ID for recovery.

Common failure reasons
Wrong entry: Looking for support through unofficial channels (phone numbers from search engines, Telegram groups, QQ groups). Binance has no public customer service hotline. Any third party promising "quick unfreezing" is a scam.
Missing documents: The verification files were not prepared as required when submitting the appeal, so the ticket was rejected. When reviewing an account restriction, Binance support usually asks for the front and back of your ID, a photo of you holding your ID, recent transaction records, or a source of funds explanation. For C2C appeals, you may also need to provide 3 months of bank statements.
Risk reminder
A deposit restriction is usually related to account security status, or the source of funds for the deposit may be marked as high risk. During the appeal review, do not try to deposit repeatedly, and do not switch to another address and retry. The system records your actions, and frequent attempts can actually lengthen the review time.

How to verify completion
After submitting the appeal, check your registered email, including the spam folder. Binance sends review results by email. If you have not received a reply after 3 business days, follow up using the original ticket number or support channel. After the appeal is approved, test with a small deposit first. Only make a large deposit after confirming the function is restored.
