What to do: Find the unique proof of this transfer.
How to do it: Go back to the platform where you started the transfer, such as another exchange or an on-chain wallet, and find the record of this outgoing transfer. Copy the transaction hash (TxID), which is a string of letters and numbers.
Completion standard: You have saved the TxID to your clipboard or notepad.
Common mistake: Some people treat the Binance "deposit address" as the TxID. The address is for receiving money, while the hash is the "tracking number" of the transaction. These two things are completely different.
Step 2: Check the status on a blockchain explorer
How to do it: According to the network you used for the deposit, go to the corresponding blockchain explorer, paste the TxID, and search:

Question: If the network is congested, can I speed up the arrival?
Answer: Some networks support acceleration. If your transaction is on Ethereum and the transaction details show "RBF enabled", you can click "Speed Up" on Etherscan and pay a higher gas fee to accelerate it. But in most cases there is no acceleration option. You can only wait, or cancel and re-deposit using another network.
Question: Which arrives faster, TRC20 or ERC20?
Answer: TRC20 is faster. The TRC20 network confirms quickly. Binance requires 20 confirmations, and the on-chain confirmation is usually completed within 25 seconds. ERC20 requires 12 confirmations, normally taking 3-10 minutes, and possibly more than 1 hour during congestion.
Question: What happens if I deposit less than the minimum deposit amount?
