OKX Web3 Wallet to Exchange Not Credited? Link Troubleshooting

First, take your TxID and check it on OKLink. If the status shows Success, the on-chain transfer step is already complete. If your exchange account still has not received the funds, the problem is likely a wrong network, the platform not supporting deposits on that network, or the platform's internal confirmation step has not been passed yet.

When you transfer from the OKX Web3 wallet to your OKX exchange account, and the TxID is already confirmed on-chain but your exchange account has not received the money, follow the steps below to find where it is stuck.

Step 1: Use the TxID to confirm the on-chain status — three things must be correct

First, use the TxID on OKLink to check these three details:

  1. Is the status Success? If yes, the on-chain confirmation is complete.

  2. Is the receiving address the same address you copied from the OKX exchange? If the address is wrong, the chance of recovering the assets is very small.

  3. Are there enough confirmations? Different chains have different requirements. BTC needs 3–6 confirmations, about 30–60 minutes. ETH needs more than 12 confirmations, about 5–10 minutes. If the confirmations are not enough, just wait patiently.

Step 2: Check the three most common problems

Case A: Wrong network — this is the most common issue. When you transferred, the wallet used the BSC network, but on the OKX exchange deposit page you selected the ETH network. The addresses may look similar in format, but the assets travel on completely different public chains, so the assets will not enter the exchange custody wallet on the chain you expected.

Case B: The coin or network is not supported by the OKX exchange. For example, you used the BSC chain to transfer USDT to OKX, but OKX clearly marks USDT on BSC as a non-tradable asset. If the platform does not support it, the deposit cannot be credited normally, and the funds may be stored temporarily as an unsupported asset. Before depositing, check on the exchange deposit page whether the platform supports that coin on that public chain.

Case C: The wallet address has not been activated yet. If you transfer assets to a wallet address on networks such as TRON, Aptos, or Sui, but that address has not yet received the native asset of that chain to complete activation, the non-native assets transferred in may not be received normally.

Step 3: Check whether it is stuck in the platform's internal processing

If you have checked the above and found the address is correct, the network is correct, and the confirmations are enough, but the OKX account still has no deposit, it may be caused by internal platform delay or a temporarily closed deposit channel:

  • Blockchain sync delay: The platform needs time to sync on-chain data into your account assets. Sometimes there is a delay of several minutes to several tens of minutes.

  • The network deposit is temporarily unavailable: OKX may be maintaining or pausing deposits on that network. The assets are already on-chain and will be credited automatically after the service resumes.

If all checkable items above have been verified — the address and network are correct, the confirmation count is far above the platform requirement — and you have waited more than 30 minutes without receiving the deposit, go to the Help Center in the OKX App or website and submit a ticket. Include the TxID, deposit address, and transfer amount, and let support check the backend to find the exact stuck step.
