If the withdrawal button is not clickable, either the account security lock has not been released, or the network is under maintenance. First, check the grayed-out button and see if a small red message appears below it. That message probably tells you the reason directly.

Two Hard Withdrawal Locks That Are Easy to Miss
First, look at the two most easily missed "hard locks":
Identity verification (KYC) does not meet the current level requirement: This is a basic requirement. If the account only has basic verification (Lv.1), the daily withdrawal limit is usually restricted to a low range, or you may need to complete advanced verification (Lv.2) to withdraw certain coins. Go to [Profile] - [Identity Verification] and check whether the status is "Verified".
Recently changed key security settings: If you reset Google Authenticator (2FA), changed your login password, or changed your linked phone number in the past 24 hours, the withdrawal function will be automatically frozen by the system. This lock is hard; it will lift automatically after the waiting period. Being anxious will not help.

Three-Step Check When There Is No Error Message
If there is no red text message, follow these three steps:
Check whether open orders or Earn products are occupying your balance: Available balance is not the same as the balance you can actually withdraw. Check [Spot Orders] for unfilled limit orders, and check [Earn] or [Finance Account] for assets that are earning interest or locked. Cancel these, and the limit will be released.
Check whether there are locked assets (such as holding rewards): If you hold certain coins and have enabled Earn features, for example by joining a holding rewards program, those assets will be locked by the system and the withdrawal button will be gray.
Check whether the network is under maintenance: Sometimes no red text appears because a certain chain (such as ETH or TRX) is under wallet maintenance. Go to the OKX [Announcements] or [Status Page] and check whether that chain's status is "Maintenance". If so, you can only wait until maintenance ends.
High-risk warning: If you are unsure which network to choose when withdrawing, do not select it from memory. First search the coin you want to withdraw on the OKX exchange [Deposit] page to see which chains it supports, then choose the same network on the [Withdrawal] page. This will help you avoid errors.
