If your withdrawal review is stuck and nothing is moving, and basic self-checks do not help, the fastest way is to use the official live chat instead of waiting for ticket emails. When a withdrawal request has been pending for a long time and self-help does not work, contact OKX support directly to follow up.

Do self-checks first to confirm you cannot solve it yourself

Before submitting a ticket, check the common causes. Many stuck cases do not need support:

  • Confirm withdrawal status: Open OKX App → [Assets] → [Withdraw] → [Withdrawal history], and check whether the status is Pending, Withdrawing, or Transferred. Pending means it is still queued for review. Withdrawing means it is already on-chain, waiting for miner confirmations.

  • Check whether the waiting time is normal: Most crypto withdrawal processing takes 30 minutes to 2 hours, and it may be longer at peak times. If you are still inside this window, wait first.

  • Check KYC status and limits: If identity verification is incomplete or you have reached the daily withdrawal limit, the withdrawal may be paused by the system.

  • Check whether risk control was triggered: For large withdrawals or unusual account activity, the OKX compliance team may do manual review and may ask for extra documents. This cannot be sped up.

If the withdrawal time is longer than expected, use the official ticket entry

After self-checks confirm you need support, follow these paths:

App:

  1. Open OKX App → tap the [grid] icon in the top-left → [Get Help] or [Help Center]

  2. Tap the [Live Chat] icon in the bottom-right, and choose Withdrawal issue

  3. Talk to the bot first. If you need a human, follow the prompts to transfer. Live chat usually connects to a human within 2–5 minutes

Web:

  1. Log in to the OKX website → click the [Support] icon in the bottom-right → enter the Help Center

  2. Click Submit a Request, choose Withdrawal issue, and fill in the form

  3. Ticket response time is usually 2–24 hours

High risk warning: OKX has no public customer service phone number. Any number that claims to be an OKX customer service phone number is a scam. Do not search for third-party services that claim to handle withdrawals for you. All legitimate entry points are only inside the OKX official website or App.

Include these details when submitting a ticket to save time

Prepare the following before submitting so support does not need to ask you again and again:

  • TxID (transaction hash): It must be in the withdrawal record

  • Withdrawal amount and asset

  • Destination wallet address

  • Withdrawal screenshot (including status and error message)

  • Registered email and UID

How to track after submitting a ticket

  • Logged-in users: In the App, go to [grid] → [Get Help] → [View my support tickets]. On the website, click the [question mark] in the top-right → [My support tickets]

  • Logged-out users: Use the email you submitted the ticket with to receive notifications, and click the private link in the email to view progress

Keep discussing the same issue in the original ticket. Do not create duplicate tickets, otherwise support cannot see the history and it becomes slower.

After submitting, you can see the ticket status as Pending or Processing on the My support tickets page, and you should receive an official OKX email confirming that the request was received. If there is still no real progress after 24 hours, leave a follow-up message in the original ticket, or use live chat to follow up directly.
