BNB new coin event eligibility is not checked in one single place. It is spread across several different pages. Where to check depends on which type of event you are joining: Launchpool, Megadrop, HODLer Airdrop, or Web3 Wallet Alpha TGE.

Step 1: Know which new coin event you are looking for
Binance has at least four types of new coin events, and the eligibility pages are different:
Launchpool: Stake BNB or other selected tokens and earn new coin rewards based on your share of holdings.
Megadrop: Lock BNB in fixed products and complete Web3 wallet tasks to earn new project tokens.
HODLer Airdrop: Hold BNB and receive airdrops automatically based on past snapshots. No active staking is needed.
Web3 Wallet Alpha/TGE events: Join through Binance Web3 Wallet. Alpha points may be required.
Step 2: Where to check eligibility for each event
Launchpool eligibility and holdings: Open the Binance App → tap Funds at the bottom → Earn → find the Launchpool section at the top. Enter it to see the current event. Tap the project to view your average daily BNB holdings and estimated available amount.
Megadrop eligibility: Binance App → tap More at the top → find Megadrop. Inside, you can see the current project, the BNB fixed lock-up requirement, and your Web3 task completion status.
HODLer airdrop eligibility: This is automatic, so you do not need to actively check "am I eligible." If you held BNB at the snapshot time, the airdrop will be sent to your spot account automatically. You can view past distributions in the HODLer Airdrop tab on the Launchpool page.
Web3 Wallet TGE/Alpha event eligibility: Binance App → tap Funds at the bottom → Web3 Wallet at the top → check the "Airdrop" or "Tasks" area for the event list. Some TGE events have an Alpha points threshold. You need to check your points in the wallet to see if you meet it.
Step 3: General self-check logic
For any type of event, first check these basic conditions:
Is KYC completed? Without identity verification, you cannot join any new coin event.
Is your BNB in the right place? Launchpool holdings usually count the BNB balance in your spot account. BNB in Earn flexible or fixed products can also qualify, but the snapshot rules may be different.
Have you created a Web3 Wallet? If an event requires Web3 tasks, you need to create a Binance Web3 Wallet first and transfer BNB there.
Risk reminder: Snapshots look at the past, not the present
Launchpool and Megadrop eligibility is usually based on average daily holdings over the past 7 days or longer. It is not something you can get instantly by buying BNB now. If an event has already started, buying BNB now may only count for part of the days, or not count at all.

How to confirm after you join
After joining, go to the Launchpool or Megadrop page and check the "My Mining" or "My Participation" area. If it shows the amount you staked and estimated rewards, your eligibility is confirmed. If it says "not eligible" but the page shows you have holdings, you may need to wait for the next snapshot cycle.
