If you are not receiving your Binance registration email, do not click "Resend" again and again. First check the email address and your spam folder. When those two things are confirmed, try other methods.

Step 1: Confirm your email address is correct

  • What to do: Make sure the email address you entered during registration is really yours and has no spelling mistakes.
  • How to do it: Go back to the registration page and look at the email you typed. Common mistakes: typing "gmial.com" instead of "gmail.com", or adding a space before the "@" symbol.
  • Done when: The email address is spelled correctly. If it is wrong, register again with the correct email address. The old application is no longer valid.

Step 2: Check the spam or junk folder

  • What to do: Binance verification emails may be automatically placed in your spam or junk folder by your email provider.
  • How to do it: Open the "Spam" or "Promotions" folder in your mailbox and search for "Binance" or "verification code". If you find the email, mark it as "Not spam" so future emails arrive in your inbox.
  • Done when: You find the Binance verification email in the spam folder, or you confirm it is not there.

Risk note: If you use QQ Mail, 163 Mail, or similar email providers, Binance emails are more likely to be blocked. Experienced users often recommend switching to international email services like Gmail or Outlook. These services have better compatibility and a higher success rate for verification code emails.

Step 3: Try another channel — register with a phone number

  • What to do: If your email never receives the code, you can use phone number registration as an alternative.
  • How to do it: Go back to the registration page and click the "Use phone number to register" button. Enter your phone number and verify the SMS verification code.
  • Done when: You receive the SMS code and complete registration. If your phone number also does not receive a code, check whether spam SMS blocking is turned on, or contact your carrier to see if international messages are blocked.

Step 4: Clear cache, change browser, or switch network

  • What to do: Rule out browser cache or network interference.
  • How to do it: Clear your browser cache and cookies, or open the registration page in incognito/private mode. If that does not work, switch to a different Wi-Fi network or use mobile data.
  • Done when: You request a new verification code in a clean environment and receive the email.

Common reasons for failure

Many people get stuck clicking "Resend" repeatedly. If you click it more than 3 times and still receive nothing, your email address or network environment is likely the problem. Clicking again will not help. Another trap is using a company or school email address. Those systems may have security rules that block emails from platforms like Binance. It is better to use a personal email address instead. The verification code is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires, click "Resend" to get a new code. Do not keep trying an old code.
