What to Do If Binance Keeps Logging You Out After New Device Verification
If you are repeatedly logged out after verifying a new device, it means your account has been flagged as a "high-risk environment" by the risk control system, triggering a security review each time you log in. The root cause usually lies not in the verification itself, but in your network environment being judged as abnormal, or the device being marked as "untrusted". You need to investigate both the environment and device aspects to find the trigger. Below are the troubleshooting steps in order of priority.

Prerequisites
You can log into your Binance account normally.
Your network is your daily WiFi or mobile data, without using a VPN.
Binance App is updated to the latest version.
Step 1: Test by Switching Network Environment
The most common cause is that your IP is marked by the risk control system. Even if you haven't changed anything, your ISP's dynamic IP may be judged as "suspicious".
What to do:
If you are on WiFi, switch to mobile data and try again.
If on mobile data, switch to WiFi and try again.
If you are no longer repeatedly logged out after switching, the previous network IP was flagged. Going forward, use the new network to log in.
Completion criteria: After switching networks, stay logged in for at least 5 minutes without being kicked out.
Step 2: Clear App Cache or Browser Cookies
Abnormal cache data can cause session state disorder, leading the system to repeatedly require re-verification.
App:
Open Binance App → tap the profile icon in the top left → [Settings].
Find the [Clear Cache] option and tap it.
Close the App completely, reopen it, and log in again.
Web:
Go to your browser settings → clear [Cookies and site data].
Close the browser completely, reopen it, and log in again.
Completion criteria: After clearing and logging in again, observe whether you are still forced to log out.
Step 3: Check Device Management List and Remove Unusual Devices
If there are unknown devices or too many devices logged in simultaneously, the risk control system will continuously trigger verification.
After logging into Binance, go to [Profile] → [Security] → [Device Management].
Check the last active time and location of all devices in the list.
Remove all devices you do not recognize, as well as old devices you no longer use. Tap the delete or sign-out button next to the device to remove it.
Keep only the current device.
Completion criteria: Only the device you are currently using remains in the device list.
Step 4: Enable or Reset a Security Key/Passkey
If the above steps do not work, the new device may not yet be "trusted" by the system. It is recommended to bind a passkey on the device as a trusted device identifier.
What to do:
Go to [Security] → [Passkey].
Follow the prompts to bind fingerprint/Face ID on the current device or add a security key.
After successful binding, this device will be recorded as a trusted device, reducing the likelihood of repeated verification triggers.
Completion criteria: The security settings show that the passkey is bound, and the current device status in Device Management is marked as trusted.
Step 5: Contact Customer Support to Request an Account Status Review
If you have tried all the above steps and the problem persists, the risk control system may have placed a deeper flag on your account.
What to do:
Go to the [Support Center] and connect to a live agent.
Explain that you have changed networks, cleared cache, checked device management, and bound a passkey, but are still being repeatedly logged out.
The agent will guide you to complete facial recognition or identity verification. Once confirmed it is you, apply to lift the high-risk flag on your account.
Completion criteria: The agent confirms the case is accepted and provides an estimated processing time, usually 1-3 business days.
Common Failure Reason
VPN left on for a long time
Using a VPN causes frequent login IP changes. Each change triggers new IP detection, which can lead to being kicked out after repeated verification. Binance has very low tolerance for VPNs, especially for cross-border nodes. Try turning off the VPN before logging in; this usually solves the issue.
Risk Warnings
Check the Device Management list regularly: If unknown devices are left in the list, it not only makes repeated logouts more likely but could also pose a risk of account theft.
Repeated verification does not mean account freeze: As long as you can log in and operate normally, there is no need to worry about the safety of your funds. Repeated logouts are mostly due to overly sensitive risk control strategies, not a restriction on your account.
Withdrawals are suspended for 48 hours after resetting 2FA: If you reset any security verification method during troubleshooting, functions such as withdrawals and P2P selling will be suspended for 48 hours.

How to Confirm the Operation Is Complete
After completing the above checks, log out of your account and log back in once normally. Then open the App or webpage, stay inactive for at least 10 minutes, and come back to refresh the page. If you are still logged in and have not been kicked back to the login page, the issue is resolved.
If you are still logged out after logging in, provide your device model, network type, and whether you use a VPN to customer support so they can pinpoint the risk control cause more accurately.
