After you submit a fiat withdrawal request and see no updates from your bank, you don't need to refresh your banking app over and over. What you need are two key details: bank reference number and transaction ID.

Step 1: Confirm if the normal processing period has passed
Different withdrawal channels have different processing times, check against your scenario below:
Scenario A: SEPA Transfer (for Eurozone users) usually arrives within 1-3 working days. The bank reference number is displayed on the withdrawal order details page, starts and ends with B, and is the unique code that identifies your account and this specific transaction. If you miss the reference number when initiating the transfer, the deposit will be rejected and returned, and the return process may take up to 7 working days.
Scenario B: SWIFT Transfer (for USD and other currencies) usually takes 1-5 working days, affected by the processing speed of intermediary banks and the receiving bank. The payee name must fully match the verified name on Binance, withdrawals to third-party accounts are not supported.
Scenario C: ACH Transfer (only for Binance.US users) usually takes 1-5 working days, and funds deposited via ACH are locked for 7 days before you can withdraw them.
If your withdrawal time has exceeded the normal range above, move to the next step.
Step 2: Find the two key codes in your Binance order record
What to do: Locate the transaction ID and the bank reference number / MT103 payment receipt.
How to do it:
Log in to Binance, go to [Wallet] - [Transaction History] - [Fiat Order] - [Withdrawal].
Find the corresponding withdrawal order and check its status. If it shows "Completed" but you have not received funds in your bank account, it means the money has been sent out from Binance's side, and the bank is processing it.
Record the transaction ID and bank reference number of this order. For SEPA transfers, the reference number is a string of characters starting with B, which is the key basis for the system to match your funds. For SWIFT transfers, you can contact customer support to request the MT103 payment receipt for bank-side inquiry.
Completion standard: You have the fiat order number and reference number of this withdrawal, these two are the core credentials for subsequent fund tracing.
Step 3: Verify with your bank using the reference number
How to do it:
Call your receiving bank's customer service, provide your bank card number and account information, ask them to check "if there is any pending or under-review incoming remittance".
Provide the bank reference number you got from Binance to the bank, the bank system can usually locate this specific remittance using this number.
The bank will mainly check 3 points: whether the currency is supported, whether the payee name and account number fully match, and whether your account status is normal. If any of these points do not match, the funds may be held inside the bank or returned.
Risk reminder: When using SWIFT transfer, some intermediary banks or receiving banks will automatically convert USD to local currency for deposit during the transfer process, so the received amount will be less than expected. If you get the wrong currency, first check all currency balances under your bank account, it is very likely that the funds have already arrived.

Step 4: If you still have not received funds after more than 5 working days, submit an official appeal
How to do it:
Log in to Binance, go to the [Fiat Order] page, click [Appeal] on the right side of the withdrawal order that has not arrived.
Submit the order number, explain your situation, and apply to check the processing status on Binance's side.
At the same time, submit an inquiry to your receiving bank to confirm if there is any missing required information or if the funds have been returned.
Completion standard: You have submitted a formal appeal, obtained a work order number, and also initiated a synchronous inquiry with your bank.
Operation completion verification: After confirming that the withdrawal has exceeded the normal processing period, you have finished the full process of "check order → find reference number → contact bank". If the bank confirms the funds are being processed, or Binance confirms the remittance has been sent, that is a clear progress signal.
Next step: Find this fiat order in your wallet, take a screenshot of the "transaction ID" and "reference number" and save it. When the bank confirms the funds are credited later, you can use this reference number to cross-verify the deposit record.
