You clicked redeem, the screen keeps spinning and shows "Processing," and now you are worried, right? Don't panic yet. Most Binance Earn redemptions are not instant. They can take anywhere from a few seconds to three days. Here is how to check and understand the status step by step.

Step 1: Check your redemption status — where to find it

"Processing" can mean different things. First, you need to find out which step your redemption is stuck at.

  • [What to do]: Find the current processing status of this redemption.

  • [How to do it]: Open the Binance App or website, tap [Earn] → [Earn Account]. Find the matching product type at the top (Flexible/Locked/On-chain Earn), then click into it to see the current status of your redemption request.

  • [Done when]: You can see the exact status of this redemption. If it shows "Processing" or "CREATED," your request was submitted but has not finished yet.

Step 2: Understand what each status means — how long different types take

Different Earn products have very different processing times. Check the table below to see which one applies to you:

Product TypeRedemption Processing TimeWhere Funds Arrive
Flexible product (standard redemption)Apply today, arrive the next daySpot Wallet
Flexible product (fast redemption)Arrives immediately after successful processing, but has a daily limitSpot Wallet
Locked product (normal maturity)Processed automatically after maturity, usually arrives in 1-2 daysSpot Wallet
Locked product (early redemption)Usually 48-72 hours; you lose all accumulated earningsSpot Wallet
On-chain Earn (staking redemption)Returned within 3 days after redemption is confirmedSpot Wallet

On-chain Earn products are open for subscription and redemption between 08:10 and 07:50 the next day (UTC+8). Outside this window, you cannot perform these operations.

Step 3: Confirm whether the redemption succeeded — check the specific record

If the status on the page is still unclear, checking the transaction history is the most reliable method.

  • [What to do]: Check the final result of this redemption in your Earn history.

  • [How to do it]: Go to [Earn] → [Earn Account], then click the "History" or "Orders" icon in the top right. Filter by "Redemption," find the record for that asset, and check the status field at the end.

  • [Done when]: The status shows "Completed" (API status code PAID), meaning your principal + earnings have arrived in your Spot Wallet. If it shows "Failed" (FAILED), you need to contact customer support.

Common reasons for failure: why it keeps not processing

If the time in the table above has passed and your funds still have not arrived, it is usually one of these reasons:

  1. Extreme market volatility: A large number of redemption requests can slow down processing. The official documentation clearly states that severe market swings, network delays, and many users redeeming at the same time can cause delays.

  2. Your fast redemption limit for Flexible products is used up: Fast redemption has a daily limit. Once used up, your request can only use standard redemption, which arrives the next day.

  3. On-chain staking redemption has a fixed processing cycle: On-chain Earn redemption takes 3 days because the underlying protocol itself has a redemption queue mechanism.

Risk reminder

Early redemption of Locked products will lose all accumulated earnings, and processing usually takes 2-3 days, not instant. If you need money urgently, it is not recommended to redeem Locked products early before maturity.

How to verify after troubleshooting

After the checks above, find this redemption in your Earn account history. If the status is "Completed" or PAID, go to your Spot Wallet and check whether the amount of that asset has increased. If it still shows "Processing" after the maximum promised time for that product, contact customer support through the Help Center and provide a screenshot of the redemption record.
