To check your withdrawal progress on OKX, go to the "Assets" page and tap the history icon in the top-right corner. Once inside, you will see different types of withdrawal orders. On-chain and fiat withdrawals have separate access points and follow-up steps, so you need to check them individually.

Step 1: Enter the Withdrawal History

First, find the page that lists all your withdrawal orders.

  • What to do: Go to the "Assets" page on the OKX app or website and find the history entry.

  • How to do it: On the app, tap "Assets" at the bottom, then tap the clock icon (or "History") in the top-right corner. On the website, go to "Assets" and find the "History" tab.

  • Completion: You should see a list of all transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

Step 2: Filter and View On-Chain Withdrawal Orders

If you made an on-chain withdrawal (sending USDT/BTC to a wallet or another platform), locate the order in this list.

  • What to do: Use the "Type" filter to show only "Withdraw," then find the target order by currency or time and tap to view details.

  • How to do it:

    1. Check the status: OKX on-chain withdrawal status has four stages: Withdrawal Request → Pending → Withdrawing → Transferred Out.

      • Withdrawal Request / Pending: The withdrawal request is still queued inside the platform and has not been broadcast to the network. You can still cancel the order at this stage.

      • Withdrawing: The transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain and is waiting for miners to confirm. You cannot cancel it now. Arrival time depends on network congestion and the fee you paid.

      • Transferred Out: The assets have left OKX. If the recipient has not shown the funds, contact the receiving platform or wallet support, because OKX can no longer reverse it.

    2. Get the TxID (transaction hash): Tap into the order details and copy the Transaction ID (TxID). If no TxID is visible, the transaction hasn't been broadcast to the network by OKX yet.

  • Completion: Know which stage the order is in and get the TxID (if available).

Risk warning: If the order status shows "Transferred Out" and the blockchain explorer shows "Success," but the receiving platform hasn't received the funds, immediately check if the deposit address and network match, for example sending USDT via ERC20 to a BSC address. If you entered the wrong address and it has been confirmed, the funds cannot be recovered. If the receiving platform supports it, contact their support team immediately and provide the TxID for assistance.

Step 3: Check Fiat Order Status (Sell Crypto / Withdraw to Bank Card)

If your "withdrawal" means selling crypto for cash through P2P or fiat channels, tracking is different.

  • What to do: In the asset history, filter by type "C2C" or "Cash Withdrawal."

  • How to do it: Fiat order processing usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method. On the order details page, check the "Order Status," which typically shows "Pending Payment," "Pending Release," "Completed," etc. If the seller has marked "Paid" but you haven't received the money, always verify your bank account balance first, then click "Confirm Receipt" to release crypto. In case of dispute, click "Appeal" on the order page to involve customer support.

  • Completion: The fiat order status becomes "Completed" and your bank card or Alipay really received the amount.

How to verify completion: For on-chain withdrawals, the most accurate check is: see "Transferred Out" status on OKX and also confirm the assets arrived in your account on the destination platform. If it still hasn't arrived after the estimated time, use the TxID to check the transaction status on a blockchain explorer.

Next steps: For a "Withdrawing" status that has been unconfirmed for a long time, you can go to the asset history and cancel the withdrawal order (if still in the "Pending" stage) or just wait for network confirmation. If you need a complete financial record, download the funds statement from the "Order Center" on the website; after the report is generated, you can download it via a link or have it sent to your email.
