Not receiving the welcome email does not mean your account was not created. As long as the registration page did not show an error, your account is most likely already set up. The problem is just with email delivery.

The welcome email is only a notification from OKX. It does not affect whether your account exists. Go to the official website and click Log In. Enter the email and password you just registered with. If you can log in, your account is active. If it says "account does not exist," then registration truly failed.
Try Logging In First
This is the fastest way to check, much better than waiting for an email. Go to the OKX website or app, enter your email and password, and click log in. If you can log in, your account was created successfully. You can ignore the email issue for now. If you cannot log in, registration really did not succeed. Try again or use a different email to register.
Why You Might Not Receive the Email
If you can log in but still do not receive the email, it is likely one of three reasons:
The email went to spam: Check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder. If you find it there, mark it as "Not Spam."
