Step 1: Find the "Activity Center" in the App
Open the OKX App. On the top left of the home page, tap the "Function Square" icon (usually three dots or a nine-square grid). Find "Activity Center" in the list and tap it.
Completion standard: You successfully enter the "Activity Center" page and can see the activity list, not the Help Center or customer service page.
Step 2: Check "My Tasks" Progress
In the Activity Center page, find the "My Tasks" or "Task Center" section.
Here you will see every task you need to complete in the new user plan, such as first deposit and first trade. Each task card shows "Completed" or "In Progress", so you can clearly see what is still missing. If a task shows "Completed", the system has automatically recorded your progress.
Completion standard: You can see the completion status mark for the task. If a task shows "Completed", that item is done.
Step 3: Go to "My Rewards" to Claim Vouchers
After a task is completed, rewards do not go directly to your balance. You need to claim them manually.
On the Activity Center page, find the "My Rewards" section. Here you can see all the vouchers you have received, such as contract trial funds and rebate cards.Each reward must be manually opened and claimed within 30 days after receiving it, or it will expire. After claiming some trial fund vouchers, you also need to click "Activate" in "My Rewards" for them to truly become usable funds.
Completion standard: The reward voucher status changes from "To Claim" to "Activated" or "Used", and you can see the available balance on the "Assets" page.

If you are using a computer browser, the entry path is slightly different: On the official website homepage top navigation bar, find the "More" button, then click "Activity Center" in the drop-down menu. After entering, the task and reward viewing logic is the same as in the app.
Common Mistake: Thinking Task Rewards Arrive Automatically
This is the biggest misunderstanding—many users think that once a task is completed, the money will arrive automatically. In fact, most OKX new user activity rewards need to be manually claimed or activated in the Activity Center, and there is a clear time limit. If you wait more than 30 days, the voucher becomes invalid.

How to Verify the Operation Is Complete
After completing a task, check in the "Activity Center" that the task status has changed to "Completed". Then go to "My Rewards", find the matching voucher, and click "Claim" or "Activate". If you can see the corresponding available funds on the Assets page, the claim is successful. If you cannot find it within 48 hours, contact customer support.
