Managing multiple addresses comes down to three main tasks: bulk importing private keys, bulk creating accounts, and bulk transferring funds. OKX Wallet has built these features into the "Tools" section of both the browser extension and the mobile app, so you don't need to switch between accounts manually one by one.

Bulk Import Existing Addresses

If you already have a list of private keys and want to import them all into OKX Wallet at once, the browser extension is the most direct way to do it.

Open the OKX Wallet extension, go into any account, click More, and select Bulk Import Private Keys from the menu. Paste your private keys in, with each private key on a new line. Confirm the import, and the accounts will be added automatically. This feature is currently mainly available on the extension side. There is no verified official documentation for a bulk import option in the mobile app. If you are using the phone app, you may need to import keys one by one or do the bulk import on the extension first.

There is one critical thing to remember: OKX Wallet is a self-custody wallet. If you remove an account from the extension without having saved the corresponding private key or seed phrase, the assets in that account are permanently lost. Before doing a bulk import, make sure you have a complete backup of your private keys.

Bulk Create New Addresses

If you need a batch of brand-new addresses derived from the same seed phrase, use the bulk add accounts feature.

On the mobile app, the path is: Web3 Wallet → More → Bulk Add Accounts. Select the wallet and account type, enter the total number of accounts you want to create, and tap Add. The system will generate them all at once. According to official documentation, you can create up to 99 accounts in a single batch.

On the web version, the path is: after connecting your extension wallet, click the wallet account name → Tools → Bulk Add Accounts. Once created, if you need a complete list of addresses, you can click Download Address Export.

Bulk Transfers: Three Modes for Three Scenarios

Bulk transfer (Multisender) is the most practical feature for managing multiple addresses. It supports three modes, each solving a different problem.

One-to-Many: Send tokens from one address to multiple addresses. This is useful for airdrops, payroll, or distributing assets to multiple addresses.

Many-to-One: Consolidate assets from multiple addresses into one target address. This is useful when you have a bunch of scattered addresses and want to gather the funds into your main wallet for easier management.

Many-to-Many: Transfer from multiple wallets to multiple wallets with a single signature. This is suitable for more complex distribution scenarios.

When using the feature, select the network and token, then manually enter the sender and receiver addresses or import them from your address book. There are three ways to set the amount distribution: Fixed Amount (each address receives the same amount), Random Range (the system randomly distributes within a minimum and maximum value you set), and Full Balance (the available balance is split evenly among all receiving addresses).

You can also set the sending interval. There are two options: "No Interval" and "Random Interval." The latter is useful when you want the transactions to look less regular.

A Suggested Order of Operations

If you are starting from scratch to organize multiple addresses, I suggest this order: first bulk create or bulk import to bring all addresses into OKX Wallet, then use Many-to-One to consolidate funds into your main address, and finally use One-to-Many to distribute as needed. This way, each step has a clear "result from the previous step" that you can verify, making it less likely to get confused among multiple addresses.

One reminder: during a bulk transfer, you need to stay on the page until the transaction is complete. Leaving midway may cause failure or delay. Before confirming any transfer, always double-check the network, token, addresses, and fee information shown in the summary panel. This is especially important for Many-to-Many scenarios, where the mapping between addresses and amounts can be easy to misread.
