When is it considered complete? The sending platform shows "Withdrawal successful" and generates a TxID (transaction hash).

First make sure your OKX account has USDT or fiat balance. If not, go to the [Buy Crypto] page to fund your account first.
Go to [Trade] - [Spot Trading], search for "ICP", and select the ICP/USDT trading pair.

After the transfer is done, go to OKX [Assets] - [Transaction History] and filter by ICP. If you see a record with "Deposit pending" or "Deposit successful", it means the address was correctly filled in and the funds have entered OKX's system. If the TxID shows "Success" on an ICP blockchain explorer for more than 30 minutes but OKX does not show the credit, contact OKX customer support with the TxID.
