Binance Pick points are not cash—check the reward conditions before you join

In Binance Pick, the "points" are not money. You cannot withdraw them or send them to anyone else. They are only a ranking tool used inside the event to decide who shares the USDC prize pool. Whether you actually get a reward depends on conditions such as your leaderboard rank or check-in count, not on how many points you hold.

Points and USDC are two different things

The Binance Pick event rules state this directly: Scores are virtual points made for the event only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed or transferred, and cannot be converted into cash. Their only purpose is to record your performance in prediction activities and to be used for leaderboard ranking and reward distribution. After the event ends, scores are reset.

The USDC in the prize pool is the actual reward. According to official information for the October 2026 event, the prize pool is up to 1 million USDC, split into three parts: 500,000 for the season leaderboard, 400,000 for weekly leaderboards, and 100,000 for participation rewards. Points are the tool you use to compete. USDC is the result after the competition ends. The two cannot be treated as the same thing.

Reward conditions decide whether you get paid

Even if you have a lot of points, you will not get USDC if you do not meet the reward conditions. The reward requirements in this event fall into three groups:

Season leaderboard: Users ranked in the top 20,000 and with a season score greater than 0 share 500,000 USDC. This means your score must be positive to qualify, and your rank must be within the top 20,000.

Weekly leaderboard: Each week, users ranked in the top 8,000 and with a positive weekly PnL share 100,000 USDC for that week, totaling 400,000 USDC over four weeks. The key condition here is "positive weekly PnL." If your points are high but your PnL is negative, you still cannot enter this pool.

Participation reward: Users who do not make it onto any leaderboard can share 100,000 USDC if they complete at least 5 check-ins during the whole season, with a cap of 5 USDC per person. This is a fallback pool. The conditions are the easiest, but the amount is also the smallest.

The conditions for these three pools are not interchangeable. If you only check in and do not trade, you will most likely only qualify for the participation reward. If you want a leaderboard reward, you need to satisfy both the ranking and the PnL or score direction requirements.

How points are earned, and which tasks are worth doing

Ways to earn points include event registration, daily check-in, referrals, trading, and posting on Binance Square. According to third-party guides, the specific values are: posting daily with the designated tag gives 100 points, trading 50 USD daily gives 200 points, and check-ins also give points, with extra rewards for consecutive check-ins. These numbers come from third-party sources, so always check the event page for the current values, because task points and availability may vary by region.

From a cost-benefit view, the daily 50 USD trading task requires you to actually trade and pay fees. Whether the points are worth it depends on whether you already planned to trade or are trading only for points. If you were going to do spot trading anyway, completing the task along the way is fine. If you are trading extra volume just for points, the fee cost may exceed the reward you eventually receive. Posting tasks cost little in fees, but they take time and your content must match the event tag requirements.

One easily overlooked restriction: regional eligibility

The event announcement clearly states that task availability may vary by region. Being able to open the event page does not mean you can complete all tasks or claim rewards. Some regions may not be able to participate in trading tasks, or the event itself may not be open to your region. Before joining, check the task list and reward rules shown on the event page. Do not assume you can do something just because a third-party guide shows a screenshot of it.

My view

If you already do spot trading on Binance, it is reasonable to sign up, check in, and complete the daily trading task along the way, treating points as an entry ticket to the leaderboard. The participation reward only requires 5 check-ins and is capped at 5 USDC, so treat it as a small rebate. It is not worth changing your trading habits for it.

If you had no trading plan and are doing 50 USD in daily volume only for the Pick event, calculate the fees first. Points themselves are not valuable. The USDC you can get depends on ranking and PnL, and it does not arrive automatically just because you completed a trade. Posting tasks can be done casually, but do not treat them as a main source of income.

Finally, there is no need to repeatedly confirm that points cannot be withdrawn. The original rules already state this clearly. Any claim that Pick points can be converted into cash is false.
