OKX account statements mainly come in two types: fund statements, which record every deposit, withdrawal, trade, and transfer, and account statements, which take a snapshot of your asset balances at a specific point in time. They serve different purposes: fund statements are used to check transaction details, while account statements are better for asset proof or tax records.

Downloading Fund Statements
The web version has the most complete features. Log in to the OKX website, hover over the profile icon in the top right corner, and go to Assets → Order Center → Fund Statement or Transaction Statement. On that page, filter by date, currency, and statement type, then click download.
The app lets you view and export records from the past 90 days. On the home page, tap Assets → the statement icon in the top right corner → Assets. Then tap the download icon in the top right, choose the report type, time range, and format, and tap export.
Fund statements can be downloaded starting from February 1, 2021. Custom dates cannot be earlier than this. The main account can download statements for all sub-accounts at once. After the export is complete, you can choose to "copy download link," but this link is only valid for 1 hour, so open it in your browser as soon as possible after copying.
If you need fund statements before February 2021, self-service download is not supported. You need to submit a request through the Feedback option on the page, and customer support will process it within 1-3 business days.
Downloading Account Statements
Account statements show your asset status at UTC 00:00 on a specific date, including equity balances in your funding account, trading account, and finance account.
On the web version, go to Assets → My Assets → Account Statement. You can see monthly statements from the past 12 months and download them directly. If you need a custom date, click Download at the bottom of the page, select a date, and generate the statement. Custom statements support data from the past two years.
The app only supports downloading account statements from the past 12 months and does not support custom time ranges. If you need a statement for a specific date, use the web version.
Statement generation takes some time, and the page will tell you to wait. Once generated, you can download it.
Using Statements for Proof of Funds
OKX accepts exchange statements as proof of source of funds or source of wealth. They must be issued within the last 3 months and show your name, amount, transaction date, and the exchange name.
If you submit a fund statement or account statement, check whether it contains these key details. Account statements usually show your balance and UID, while fund statements show transaction details. If the platform asks for a document that "shows your name," you may need to provide an additional file with real-name information, or contact customer support to confirm whether the statement meets the specific requirements in your region.
Requirements for SoF/SoW documents may differ by region. The document types mentioned here are general references. Always follow the specific instructions you receive from the platform.
