Straight answer: if your deposit is below the platform limit, the funds will not automatically enter your Binance account. But as long as you follow the right steps, you can get them back.

Binance sets a minimum deposit amount for every coin and network. If your deposit is below that threshold, the platform will not credit it to your account even if the transaction shows as "successful" on-chain. It simply stays outside the system.

Step 1: Confirm whether your deposit is actually below the threshold

Don't just wait. Verify the details first.

Check the minimum deposit amount for the coin you sent: open the Binance app or website, go to "Wallet" → "Deposit" → select the coin you deposited → select the network you used, such as TRC20 or ERC20. The page will clearly show a number labeled "Minimum deposit amount." If the amount you actually deposited is smaller than that number, then it is confirmed as a below-limit deposit.

Your transaction is not lost. It simply did not meet Binance's system crediting standard.

Step 2: Use Binance's self-service reconciliation channel

If the on-chain status shows "success" and your funds have not arrived after more than one hour, you can proceed with this process.

Use Binance's self-service recovery feature to link the funds to your account. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the "Deposit History" page in your wallet and find the "Deposit not credited?" entry, or search for the "self-service recovery" feature in the Help Center.

  2. Submit the transaction hash, also known as TxID.

  3. The system can automatically identify the coin, network, amount, and your deposit address for this transfer. Confirm that the details are correct and submit. After submission, you can check the processing status in "Application History" and wait for the system to complete reconciliation and credit the deposit.

Step 3: Two common scenarios

Scenario A: The amount is just slightly below the limit, for example only a few cents short

You can choose to send another small deposit to the same address so that the two amounts together exceed the minimum threshold. After the second deposit arrives, the system usually includes the first one when it recalculates. If nothing changes after a while, use the method in Step 2 and attach the hashes of both transactions to request manual reconciliation.

Scenario B: The coin and network combination itself is not properly set up

Minimum deposit thresholds differ by coin and network. For example, USDT transfers on Tron (TRC20) generally have a lower threshold, while USDT transfers on the Ethereum mainnet (ERC20) usually have a higher threshold. If the deposit page shows a message such as "wrong network selected" or "this address does not support this network," and you cannot use the self-service recovery channel, you need to contact online customer support for manual handling.

Risk reminder: Binance officially states that deposits below the minimum threshold are not automatically credited. If this is your first time using this address and you are sending a small test amount, check the threshold first before making the transfer, so your assets do not get stuck outside the system and require a manual process.

How to verify completion: after submitting the self-service recovery request, check in "Application History" that the status has changed to "Completed" or "Credited." Then go back to your Binance "Wallet" overview and confirm that the corresponding balance has arrived. Recovery usually requires manual processing, and the result will be available within 1 to 3 business days.
