Step 1: Confirm whether you are truly a "new user"
The definition of "new user" is stricter than you might think. Binance's beginner tasks are usually only open to users who have never registered or traded on the platform. If you have previously registered with the same phone number, email, or ID, the system will still treat you as an "existing user," even if you never made a trade.
- Case A (completely new user): You can continue to the next step.
- Case B (registered before but never traded): You may need to look for a "returning user" campaign instead of the "new user" entry.
High-risk warning: Never use someone else's identity information to register in order to grab a spot. Binance's risk control may ban all linked accounts, and it will be very difficult to explain your case in an appeal.
Step 2: Check whether the "first come, first served" reward pool is really gone
Many new user campaigns, such as referral bonus programs or super commission welcome packs, have a limited reward pool. Once the rewards are gone, the campaign ends.
Check whether you are seeing "rewards for this campaign have been fully distributed" or "your account is not eligible."

Step 3: Check whether you missed any prerequisite tasks
