Prerequisites
Before you begin, confirm two things:
You have officially moved to a new country and hold legal residency status there.
You have a valid proof of address document for your new residence, such as a bank statement or utility bill, that shows your name and new address. Binance typically requires the proof of address to be no older than 3 months.
Step 1: Log in and go to the Identity Verification page
What to do: Log in to your Binance account, go to the Identity Verification page, and find the entry to edit your address.
How to do it:
Log in to the Binance website, hover over the profile icon in the upper-right corner, and click Account.
In the left-hand menu or on the page, find Identification (Identity Verification).
Scroll down to the address information section and click Edit Address.

Step 4: Wait for the review – a KYC reset may be required
