Binance Earn Yield Showing Zero? Check Accrual Time and Minimum Amount

If you put money into fixed-term Earn and your yield still shows 0 after a few days, do not rush to contact support. First check two things: whether the accrual start time has passed, and whether your subscription amount is above the minimum limit. If either one is not met, your yield will be 0.

What to check

Follow the timeline from subscription to reward payout to find which step is stuck.

Step 1: Confirm the accrual start time

Fixed-term Earn does not start counting interest at the moment you subscribe. Your money first becomes an order and is locked, then interest starts. Different products start counting at different times:

  • Binance Principal Guaranteed Earn (Fixed Term): After the subscription is confirmed, interest starts at 08:00 (UTC+8) the next day. For example, if you subscribe and are confirmed on the afternoon of the 7th, interest starts at 8:00 on the 8th, and you may see the first reward around the 9th.

  • Some locked staking products: Interest starts at 00:00 UTC on the next day, which is 08:00 in the UTC+8 time zone.

  • Flexible Earn: Rewards accrue every second, but reward records usually appear in the Earn dashboard only the next day.

If you just subscribed a few hours ago or even less than one day ago, seeing 0 yield is normal—the accrual or distribution time has not arrived yet.

Step 2: Check whether the amount meets the minimum requirement

Many fixed-term products have a minimum subscription amount. For example, Principal Guaranteed Earn fixed term usually starts from around 200 USDT equivalent. If you only put in 50 USDT, the system may still let you place the order, but no yield will be paid out.

Similar products may also have a "minimum holding amount" rule. For example, only the portion above 0.01 RWUSD earns interest; below that, the yield is 0.

Step 3: Confirm the auto-subscribe status

If you turned on "Auto-Subscribe", your principal will be automatically renewed after maturity, and the interest will be sent to your Spot Wallet. But this only works if the product still has available quota at renewal time. If the quota is full, auto-subscribe fails and funds are moved to flexible Earn—your yield drops from fixed-term to flexible. If you thought you were still earning fixed-term yield, the number might feel close to 0.

Risk warning: Do not see an APR of 10% and assume you will earn a lot in one day. Yield rates change at any time, and your actual earnings are directly tied to the amount you hold and the number of accrual days. If your subscription amount is barely above the minimum, one day's yield may really be less than 0.01 U—your earnings history may show "0" or no record because the amount is too small and gets rounded down, not because the system is broken.

When to contact support

Wait until more than 48 hours have passed after subscription, and make sure your subscription amount is above the minimum. If there is still no yield record in the Earn dashboard or Earn history, then consider contacting Binance support. While checking, go to [Wallet] → [Earn Wallet] or [Earn History] and confirm the fund status is "Confirmed", not "Processing" or "Pending". Interest starts only after confirmation.
